This condo offers a custom decorated Tommy Bahama décor, a granite countered full kitchen, washer and dryer in the unit, free wireless internet, a flat screen TV in every room with a DVD player and an incredible view of the Atlantic Ocean. Linens & towel are provided with this rental. Enjoy a great view of the Ocean from your master bedroom and the living area in this ocean view property. The Resort is located on the beach at 5300 N Ocean Blvd and considered to bone of the best resorts in Myrtle Beach. And the location is perfect--you’re just far enough from downtown so that you can enjoy some peace and quiet on the beach while still being close enough to all the major attractions. You’re only a 10-minute drive from downtown and 10-15 minutes from everything else in Myrtle Beach. There’s also plenty to do right by the resort or just a short walk over on Kings Highway/Business 17. The amenities in the resort are great too. There's a great gym and a game room plus 2 indoor water parks with tons of things to do as well as 6 outdoor pools, kiddie pools and SPAs, a 170’ Lazy River and a basketball court.

This is the largest 3-bedroom condo in the Dunes Village, Palmetto Tower. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, 2 queen beds in the second and the third bedrooms. Every bedroom has a flat screen TV with a DVD player. There are 2 full baths with a shower/tub combo. The living room also has a flat screen TV with a DVD player. The kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking needs. The dining room area comfortably sits 6 people. There is a washer and dryer in the unit should you need to wash anything during your stay.

This one bedroom, Direct Oceanfront condo is located at the Caravelle Resort on the 15th floor. Great balcony views including King bed in the master with a Queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Fully stocked kitchen, and plenty of space to relax. The facility has a heated outdoor pool, indoor pool, hot tubs, dedicated kiddie pool and lazy river. There is a fitness facility and convenience store on the premises.

This tiki bar that is available for VRBO guests is located at the St Clements (part of the Caravelle Resort). The Due South Sports bar located at the Grand Cayman Resort is also available for use.

AS FOR CARAVELLE RESORT. AS SOON AS YOU WALK ONSITE YOU WILL NOTICE THE LOVELY CARIBBEAN THEME IT HAS GOING ON WITH THE REGGAE MUSIC AND ALL THE COLORS .. IT IS ON THE QUIETER END OF THE BEACH, FIRST HIGH RISE ON THE BEACH IS NOT CRAZY AND CROWDED LIKE SOME AREAS. THEY HAVE EVERYTHING THAT THE OVERCROWDED RESORTS HAVE LIKE AN INDOOR WATER PARK THAT INCLUDES A POOL, LAZY RIVER WITH FLOATS, KIDS POOL, AND HOT TUB. THE OUTSIDE INCLUDES BEAUTIFUL LANDSCAPING, 2 HUGE DECKS WALKING ON TO BEACH, LARGE HEATED OUTDOOR POOL WITH LAY OUT AREA, HOT TUB, BEAN BAG TOSS, KIDS PLAY AREA, PING PONG TABLES AND MORE(BREAKFAST NOT INCLUDED)

WAYS TO SAVE WITH ME

1)I DO NOT charge credit card fees like most on here – The Payment system charges us 3% every booking. Most owners direct that back to guest but I eat that myself

2) I DO NOT charge any silly administration or booking fees like most on here – Sneaky way of owners charging guest more money… I do not operate like that.

3)I DO NOT charge any silly damage waiver fees like most on here – Once again a sneaky way for owners to get more money…I don’t do that.

4) I have had the same housekeeper since the beginning for my guest… My actual cost for this service has rose over the past few years due to the demand and economy rising but yet I kept the same price for my guests as it cost me much more. On top of that I offer more towels then most rentals so once again I eat that difference in cost.

5) I have the minimum set up for refundable damage deposit at only $100 dollars which is refunded within 7 days of checkout. I have seen a lot of owners have it from $300-$500 and even more. Who wants to fork out that much money just to be held until check out, not me and of course I wouldn’t ask you to do that either.

Long story short: there is no one wants to go to book a unit and see like 10 different random charges so I try to keep it simple as can be. (VRBO charges service fee which I have no control over)

5) Due to HOA requirements beyond my control, the tiki Bar and Santa Maria Restaurant are not available for my guests. However, the St Clements Tiki bar and Due South Restaurant is available and much better options.

Explore Myrtle Beach from this amazing, gorgeous oceanfront condo. The Patricia Grand Resort gives you the perfect location to visit local attractions, or stay put and enjoy the Resort amenities. Condo has a new king bed in the bedroom, along with a new sleeper sofa that pulls out into a queen size bed. Well stocked with most everything you need. There are even two beach chairs and an umbrella for our guests to use.

Located in the 5 seasons building on the first floor with beautiful courtyard and outdoor-indoor pool with hot tub, and sauna. Charcoal grills, picnic tables and swings. Parking just outside front door. Our unit is NON SMOKING and completely furnished with 3 flat screen tvs, and wi-fi. Full kitchen with all accessories. Sleeper sofa, Ceramic tile floors.
5 minute walk to the beach, beach side pool, Quarter deck bar and grill, along with convenience store. Basketball courts, tennis, playground, and lazy river 1 minute walk away. Laundry in same building. 24HR security on site.
