Grand Atlantic Ocean Resort

Very beautiful room!! Family went down to inside pool and lazy river. Really enjoyed themselves! The room had everything you would need to cook a family meal.

This was a great stay for my family and myself. The pictures were just like the room it was clean and even the lobby smelled good. I am very pleased with the stay I will surely be returning to this resort.

Very spacious my family loved it no complaints other than it's time to update the furniture but it was still nice! Restaurants down stairs easy access to the beach and the multiple options of pools was amazing fory family! Plus the hot tub was much needed and perfect temperature! Will definitely be back soon!

This was our first time staying at this property, we were impressed! During check in our room wasn’t quite ready and instead we were upgraded to a bigger room! I never thought that would happen! The room was nice and roomy and super clean! The pools and grounds were always kept up! We got to try out Scoobys downstairs and wasn’t disappointed! They had great food and ice cream! We always felt safe as all of the doors were only accessed with the key cards. The staff were all nice and helpful! We will definitely be coming back! Thanks for one of our best yearly family vacations!

Beautiful ocean front condo. Was very clean. Decor a bit dated but I don’t go to the beach to stay in the room. Appreciate the number of pools for the kids and the easy beach access. Be advised that 4pm check in time is real and your room may not be ready before then. We were early and it would have been nice to be able to get in the room, but we were in by 4. Overall great stay.

By far the best stay we have had in Myrtle Beach we didn’t expect the room to be as nice as it was it was like walking into a apartment we had a family of 5 and had a lot of room for everyone there was only one disturbance in the hall way but the front desk took care of it fast and we appreciate it the pools were great and the staff was great also never had to fight for parking there was plenty and the store and scobbys grill was the best cheap and eazy food we will be back next year for sure with some more of are family

I loved that our room was very spacious, yes it needs updated, but it didn't bother us, it was a perfect place for our family of 5. The beach is walking distance, the pools are nice, the hot tub was very nice. The staff was good to us, brought us plenty of towels, I only asked once for towels, they brought us plenty.

1st time staying at this property. We went during Atlantic Beach Fest, which I didn’t realize there was an event. It REAKED of marajuana the entire time. My kids and I couldn’t even sit on the balcony because it smelled so bad. The parking garage was full of motorcycles and loud music even though you only had one parking spot per each room you had in a condo, there was 6 bikes parked in one spot taking up room and fear of hitting a bike when you parked. There is NOT enough parking spots for the condo and the spaces are so small. If you don’t drive a compact car, good luck getting in and out without damage. My kids enjoyed the pool and beach and it was relatively clean. A couple were doing inappropriate things in the hot tub. The rooms were clean but dated furniture and super uncomfortable beds. They did provide extra linens and took the trash when called. One of the supervisors banged on my door and yelled at me for setting towels outside. She was extremely rude. There was a funky smell around the pool area. And there are not any close restaurants in walking distance except this ghetto ice cream /bar thing. Then the people outside were rude and smoking more marjuana. It felt sketchy but I can’t say this is the hotels fault but they definitely did nothing about it and didn’t care even though they state there is a 250.00 fine for smoking. I probably won’t stay here again. I will go back to the Holiday Inn on the strip or somewhere cleaner even if I have to pay more.
