We’ve found often times guests stay on the beautiful decks that provide shaded areas (especially awesome on hot sunny days), for seating, outside dining, game playing, or just reading a book and relaxing without the hassle of dragging everything (food, snacks & drinks) down in the sand.

The WHOLE house delivers the enjoyment of 4 bedrooms, 4 baths combing two great rooms, two full sized kitchens on EACH floor. The whole house will sleep up to 14, 10 in traditional beds, plus 4, for a maximum total of 14, if you are utilizing the 2 queen sleeper sofa beds in EACH GREAT ROOM. The pricing you see listed, for the dates between Saturday, June 3, and Saturday August 12 IS for the WHOLE house.

The unsurpassed views and flexible outdoor living space on the outdoor covered decks (500 sq ft. each floor) run the entire oceanside length of the home on both floors, (The 1,000 sq ft of outdoor living and dining on the decks is almost the size of a 2 bedroom condo here on Harbor.)

There's plenty of outdoor seating providing dining and smaller tables on each outdoor deck, upstairs and downstairs, for the ultimate in versatile vacationing while relaxing and enjoying the waves against your seemingly private beach and boardwalk to the white sandy beach below.

Harbor Island is a private gated barrier island community just slightly over an hours drive to Charleston, Savannah and Hilton Head and about 20 minutes to Beaufort SC. You’ll love the over 2.5 miles of private, uncrowded, white sandy beaches filled with birds, marine life, sea turtles nesting in the summer, and vibrantly sparkling star gazing lit up evenings.

Watch for nesting endangered loggerheads turtles that nest annually May-September on the beach directly in front of the home EVERY year. Walk with the turtle patrol at sunrise as you learn to look for the telltale signs that a momma has given birth to over 100 eggs in a nights labor.

Harbor Island is adjacent to Hunting Island State Park (SC’s most popular park), and the St Helena Sound/Ace Basin This secluded location provides a bit calmer beach in the summertime than other areas in SC, providing a variety of smaller lapping waves, ideal for paddle boarding, kayaking and families with children, seniors or guests with mobility challenges. Based on daily and or seasonal wind conditions, you can also have higher waves for surfing, bogie boarding and body surfing. Fishing and crabbing is ideal all over the island depending on what you desire to catch.

Your resort/car pass gate fee, (collected by the HIOA depending on the number of nights staying ) provides you complimentary access to all the amenities on the island like the crabbing docks, bird wildlife alligator viewing areas, putting green, as well as numerous activities and FREE equipment rental at the Beach and Racquet Club such as the pools, (kiddie and extra large community) playground, sand volleyball, tennis, pickle ball, basketball, and shuffleboard. There is a green area with fire pit for private functions such as weddings, etc. or for community use. In the summer free wildlife programs and presentations on wildlife, federally protected and migratory birds who enchanting our island, and endangered species we are privileged to share our island with. This unit is a 2 bedroom/2 bath villa on the 4th (top) floor of Building 3 with the desirable private balcony overlooking a peaceful lagoon and fountain at Hilton Head Resort. Hilton Head Resort is a private gated resort with 24 hour security and is centrally located on the island. Supermarkets, restaurants, golf courses and shopping are only minutes away and loads of activities for the whole family without leaving the resort.
The Unit:
Our front gate has security 24/7 and check-ins are available at anytime. On-site parking is provided. Unless arrangements are made in advance check-in is at 4 p.m.
The Villa is fully furnished and stocked. The chef in the group will find the kitchen is well equipped with dishes, bowls, cups, glasses, wine glasses, utensils, pots, pans, cooking utensils, tea pot, coffee makers (pods & drip), blender, waffle maker, toaster, mixer, mini blender, griddle and the pantry is stocked with spices.
The living room has plenty of seating for relaxing after a long day at the beach or pool, a queen pull out couch. Stream your favorite shows or movies on the flat screen TV connected to wifi/fire stick. There is seating for six at the table and two at the kitchen bar.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed and bathroom, smart tv/ and dresser. There is a blow dryer in both bathrooms. Also available is an iron and tabletop ironing board.
The second bedroom sleeps 4 with a full bed and comfy bunk beds. This bedroom also has a smart TV.

Building 1: Outdoor pool, The Island Grill & Deli and convenience store.
Building 2: Large sun deck and badminton court.
Building 3: Indoor heated pool, Jacuzzi, 1 foot kiddie pool, exercise room, sauna, steam room, jogging track, bench swings and wireless internet. Villa 3401 is in the all year long desirable Building 3 so the weather can’t stop the fun.
Building 4: Lighted Tennis Courts are in the middle, Outdoor pool is located beside building 4 and charcoal grills with picnic tables are behind building 4.
Take a walk on the 200 yard scenic private boardwalk to the Beach or ride the complimentary shuttle April – September. Make sure to enjoy the saltwater marsh wildlife on your way to the Beach. At the end of the boardwalk is CoCo’s Bar and Grill with public bathrooms and a volleyball court.
A wagon is provided for your use. We have beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, boogie boards and small cooler. You can also rent chairs and umbrellas. Beach towels are provided to save you room in your suitcase for the extra swimsuits, just launder and return before you go home.
Sheets, towels and a starter kit of paper towels, TP, dishwashing tabs, dish detergent, scrub sponge, kitchen towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap will be there waiting for you. We also have a “Forgot It, We Got It” for those little things you forget.
Trent Jones Golf Course is right next door for the golfers in the family. The island has many courses for the golf lover and miniature golf for those beginners.
If you choose to leave the resort and visit some of the local attractions of Hilton Head Island, our mid-island location makes exploring the 5 miles wide and 12 miles long island a breeze.

There is no drive to the beach from this condo. I noticed all the condos at Hilton Head Resort say a 2-7 minute drive to the beach but actually there is no driving needed, it is located on the water with only a short stroll on the boardwalk.

Check-out is 10 AM unless arranged when booking for a later check-out.

About the condo:
This is 1200 sq ft 2 bedroom/2 bathroom 4th floor condo located in the most desirable area of the north side of Myrtle Beach and sleeps up to 8 people comfortably. This condo offers a custom decorated Tommy Bahama décor, a granite countered full kitchen, washer and dryer in the unit, free wireless internet, a flat screen TV in every room with a DVD player and an incredible view of the Atlantic Ocean. Linens & towel are provided with this rental. Enjoy a great view of the Ocean from your master bedroom and the living area in this ocean view property. The resort is ideally situated in the exclusive north-end residential section of Myrtle Beach known as 'The Golden Mile', which adds to the level of luxury associated with your stay at the Dunes Village Resort. Our condominium features two bedrooms. The first is a master bedroom with a private bath and a king size bed. The other bedroom features 2 queen beds. The living area has a flat screen TV with a DVD player, dinning room and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a sofa bed in the living room. There is also a washer/dryer in the unit and free WIFI.

There are many fun-filled family activities within a short distance from the condo. The Family Kingdom, a family theme park is only a short walk away. There’s also Ripley’s Aquarium featuring thousands of sea creatures. There are also miniature golf courses, shops, water parks, mini-race tracks and eateries all at your doorsteps. There are shows playing at the Carolina Opry Theater, The Legend, and Broadway at the Beach.

Myrtle Beach is a golf haven with over a 100 golf courses to choose from, all within a short drive from the condo. There are many restaurants and shops to fit every taste. We’re certain that you’ll enjoy your stay in this beautiful 3 bedroom oceanfront condo.

About the resort:
The Resort is located on the beach at 5300 N Ocean Blvd and considered to bone of the best resorts in Myrtle Beach. And the location is perfect--you’re just far enough from downtown so that you can enjoy some peace and quiet on the beach while still being close enough to all the major attractions. You’re only a 10-minute drive from downtown and 10-15 minutes from everything else in Myrtle Beach. There’s also plenty to do right by the resort or just a short walk over on Kings Highway/Business 17. The amenities in the resort are great too. There's a great gym and a game room plus 2 indoor water parks with tons of things to do as well as 6 outdoor pools, kiddie pools and SPAs, a 170’ Lazy River and a basketball court.
