The remodeled kitchenette has a microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker, toaster oven, hot plate, blender and eating utensils. Also included is a hair dryer, iron, sunscreen, boogie boards, beach chairs and noodles. It is so well stocked that you do not even need a toothbrush.

If traveling with children, we offer some convenient Beach and Swimming Packages. ‘Fun In the Sun 1’ package includes: kids goggles, beach towel, water wings, sand toys and even sunscreen. ‘Big Beach Pkg 2’ includes: boogie board, bigger goggles and snorkel, beach towel, noodle and sunscreen. ‘Beach Games Pkg 3’ includes: frisbee, nerf football, beach ball, beach towel and sunscreen. This is a new property that I just purchased and that is the reason I have no reviews. Please look at my other property which is on the 8th floor in the same building . VRBO.COM/1275800 and you will be able to see my reviews on that property...............This is a spacious 4 Bedroom/ 4 Bath condo directly on the Intracoastal Waterway. There are 3 balconies to sit back & enjoy the boats or the beautiful view of the pool. Maybe you want to relax after dinner and watch the sun set, this is the best view around. Did someone say fireworks?? Once again, the balcony will be your favorite place.
There are flat screens in all the bedrooms as well as in the large Living area. The Dining area has a nice table that seats 8 and the bar at the kitchen will seat 3 more. In the Kitchen you will find any appliance, or cooking gadget you need to make meals for your group and easily spend time with each other in this condo that boasts over 2500 square feet of roomy accommodations.
There are 4 bedrooms that have their own space in the unit. Every Bedroom has it's own full bathroom & flat screen TV. Bedroom(1) is the Master bedroom and has a king size bed and has a balcony and has a full bathroom, which has 2 sinks ,stand up shower and Jacuzzi tub...
