Condo has a new king bed in the bedroom, along with a new sleeper sofa that pulls out into a queen size bed. Well stocked with most everything you need. There are even two beach chairs and an umbrella for our guests to use.

The Patricia Grand is a well staffed and a perfectly located accommodation; dog friendly and perfectly priced for the budget minded family. Located on the grand strand and a direct walk to all Myrtle Beach attractions. I highly recommend booking through Tom Roberts as the unit we rented was recently updated and modern; and more spacious than the pictures appear. The outdoor spaces were also updated and well designed for convenience and enjoying both the indoor and outdoor pools as well as the beach. Staff at the property are extremely competent and continuously cleaning the public spaces and maintaining the property. My only comment is that the elevators and hallways are in need of updating as they do appear worn and dated. The unit itself was bright and airy and well appointed with all the things a family of four needs to enjoy a long stay in Myrtle Beach.
