My children and I loved our stay. The staff was amazingly friendly and the hotel grounds were well maintained and we look forward to returning

We loved everything about our stay, our family loved the pool area and the easy access to the beach. We even used the spa which was a great experience. The only complaint was the beds were uncomfortable to my husband and I.

My room had an amazing view and my kids enjoyed the walk to the private beach access. Definitely a gem in the Myrtle Beach area.

We went as a family of four last week for five nights and four days. While it may seem a bit pricey, it was worth every bit of it. The place looks as good as the pictures, which is rare these days. Strong advice - if you're within driving distance (~12 hours) and have kids, I recommend driving there to maximize your experience due the great places around. There's enough to do at the Marriott, but Broadway at the Beach is another great option for acitivities.

Beautiful ocean front property with lots of choices for swimming and eating. Food and drinks add up fast for a family of 5.

Our room (#521) had several huge stains across the entire ceiling. And the room walls are extremely paper thin. Called twice regarding loud banging and kids screaming next door and above our room, which was not resolved at all.

We love staying at this resort. This was our 2nd visit there and 2nd time around was just as fun as the first. There’s plenty of activities for the kids to do while parents relax and unwind. We give it a 8.5/10 only because there was a few issues, one being our initial refrigerator didn’t work, however they replace it with another new one that worked and neither of the irons (the one in the room and the replacement) worked. They also had some sporadic issues with the elevators during this trip.

This was our second time staying here. Love the location which is close to everything but not in the middle of the craziness! Hotel staff was friendly on check-in. Room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a relaxing, family friendly, get away in Myrtle Beach!

The resort was nice. However, the room service was not up to par. I would leave and come back after hours. The only thing that was done, was my bed being made. My garbage wasn’t taken out. Glasses from the drink my husband and I had the night before were still there. I expected more after paying so much money. The room was smaller than I thought being that we advised that we had a small child. I had a difficult time when trying to get to-go boxes for myself and my one year old. The hostess decided to come to me in front of a line of guests and proceed to tell me that I had too many containers for just me and my daughter. I advised her that I wasn’t aware that I had more than one bowel and only needed a cover. Later, I quickly advised her that I was made to feel embarrassed for a mistake I didn’t even make. Furthermore, I advised her that she should not have done that in front of other guests. Poor tact and customer service. One day, my friends and I decided to spend the day in the pool. We ordered food at the poolside. I am a pescatarian, so my husband ordered me the Mahi fish tacos- when I got them, one taco was mahi and the other was shrimp…I’m allergic. I wanted to use the same property each year that I go to Myrtle beach but my family and I May have to find a different hotel. I truly expected more from the hotel. Too many mistakes for such a pricey resort.
