Great hotel! Very comfortable and roomy for the family. Wonderful beach access and water park at the hotel. The only complaint is that they had one elevator not working and the remaining 3 were extremely slow. There were wait times in excess of 25 minutes for some people for elevators.

So I stayed at this hotel for 1 week. Overall, it was very decent. My favorite thing was the free breakfast every morning! They had a great variety. One thing I do have to say That was very pleasant. Was the hospitality of the staff. All the staff was very polite courteous.. Like any other hotel, they hit you with hidden cost. My biggest gripe with them was the hotel is only valet parking. It is $25 a night. rooms we're over all clean. My room was a little dirty, but the hotel got on. It really quick and fixed. My issue, which I was happy for. The real question would I stay here again? Would I bring my family back? The answer is yes! It is probably one of the best hotels on Myrtle Beach.

Great location on the beach with awesome indoor water park area! My kids loved it (10 and 16)! The breakfast was great, too!

The hotel was beautiful and impeccable. How ever my mom got injured getting into the hot tub. The tub had a lot of foam and she didnt see the last step so she fell hurting her knee. This put a damper on the rest of our stay. Accidents will happen but to not have been even acknowledged or checked on my concierge or managment was very heartbreaking. The only person that even showed any concern was the security guy who got my mom a wheelchair and got us to our room. He asked if we needed EMS we declined as it was not emergent. He said managment would check on us but it never happened. They did NOT care or ever again asked if she was okay. We called downstairs to ask of they could give us a ride to the ER, and we were told that the hotel did not offer shuttle service, with no care in the world or compassion in their voice. I couldnt take her because i had my kids with me. She spent the night in agony at the hotel. The lack of concern from management was very disheartening. Even at check out , not once were we asked how she was doing. Turns out she torn her miniscus.

Advertised as having a roll-in shower, important for a wheelchair bound person. It had a drop down seat on the tub ,that person had to slide onto and had to lift legs into the tub, which he can’t do alone.
All water entertainment is inside. It was child oriented and loud. Felt like a sauna. Could only reach the beach thru flights of stairs, so beach wasn’t handicapped accessible. Couldn’t get to benches outside without climbing stairs.
No on-site parking, very small entry-way, and $25/day charge. Valet service was outstanding.

We enjoyed our stay there. It is not a place for couples due to the indoor water park it was filled with kids. I thought the hot tub would be free from kids but it had more kids than in the pool. Otherwise, it was great. Very clean and the staff accommodating.

This has been our go to spot the last 4 winters. My kids love the indoor water slides and being able to swim in the warm. Things have changed over the past year…. For the worse! You are now forced to valet park. It has always been an option, but it’s not included in the price and it’s an extra 25 bucks per day. Service has always gone down hill. I had to call the front desk 3 seperate times for extra sheets and blankets. Breakfast is a 3/10, it used to be better but now they try to serve the cheapest things they can. Then to put me over the top the pool is suppose to open at 9 everyday. On the day of our checkout the pool is not open til 930. Not a big deal but my kids love to swim before we are forced to check out at 11. So I kindly asked the front desk if we could check out 30 mins later. They just say they cannot extend our check out. They said no. And it is just a care free no, like it’s my problem. So I asked can we swim before 9. Another care free no. With no emotion or care. Like I’m a bother and they don’t care that it’s not fair. Sad to say after 4 years of this being my go to wintertime retreat I will not be back! This place got bought out by Hilton several years ago and they care nothing about the guest. Front desk staff is very rude. And do care free about the guest or trying to keep them happy. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Very nice staff. Menu options were good at bar/restaurant. Fun pool for kids.
