SpringHill Suites by Marriott Myrtle Beach Oceanfront

Me and my Family enjoyed out stay, the hotel was beautiful. My room was supposed to be a 1 bedroom suite but i guess i got there too late because we were put in whatever room was available. It was a nice small room for 5 people with a beautiful view. My grandchildren enjoyed the lazy river, pool and beach. I Definitely would stay again.

The hotel staff was very understanding and accomodating. Love the oceanfront rooms. Parking is $21 a day and is shared with other hotels. So it wasn't easy to find a spot even though you have to pay for parking. The pool was busy. This hotel seems to be a family fav. The hotel was in a nice location, right on the boardwalk. Hilton ocean enclave is my favorite spot there but I think I'd add this hotel as my second pick.

I paid $1000 for three night one day was my 77 birthday. No room service to pick up thrash or clean up no Chester drawer to put my wife’s and myself underwear’s they remained in the suitcase. U sell this room as luxury maybe because u grew up on skid row. At the Hyatt Regency we get spacious room with robes and good movie channels. My first time at a Marriott and it’s just one notch up from a Motel 6. I did not expect the Taj Mahal but the mattress did not have nice cling to ur curves feeling. Value for the money was my concern.

Great location with wonderful family adventures. The Caribbean restaurant had delicious fresh food.

Clean, convenient and great location! Stayed with our family of 6 and would absolutely stay again. Wonderful oceanside views from the top floor!

Pros: The pools were heated and the kids loved playing despite the cold outdoor temps! Great customer service at check-in. It was quick, and the representative was personable. The lobby area, hallways and rooms were very clean and well taken care of. We never had to wait more than a minute for the elevator. Even though the pool area was loud, we couldnt hear it (or anything) in our room. It was very quiet. The breakfast has all of the basics. Scrambled eggs, home fries, turkey sausage, bagels, toast, muffins, waffle makers, juice and coffee. I saw Cheerios and a few other cereals as well. 2 TVs in the room! This was nice so the kids could watch a movie, and we could watch what we wanted. Convenient location. Easy to get to everything. Cons: The beds are so hard! We woke up with stiff backs and necks. The bathroom door does not lock. The area around the indoor pool was a mess due to the guests leaving things all over. The bathroom by the indoor pool was worse than your average gas station bathroom. This is the only area that was below expectations, and to be fair, the indoor pool is not considered part of SpringHill Suites. You have to go outside to get to the indoor pool since it is in the building next door.

Excellent for families. Breakfast great ! Hotel beautiful and very fun for the entire family. So many pools !

Love how it felt like I was in Florida definitely going to bring the kids next time

We went here in January. I called this hotel 3 times before booking it to ensure that it has a heated pool as we have a kid who loves to swim in pools and due to cold weather in January we knew we won't be spending much time outside. Everytime I called I was told that both indoor and outdoor pools are heated at 86 degrees. I chose this hotel over others mainly because of that. However when we got there, we found both pools were at about 60 degrees and not enjoyable at all. Most people were huddled into two small hot hubs one of which which wasn't hot either. The lazy river was dirty with bugs and leaves everywhere. When enquired to front desk, I was told due to the cold weather outside they can not keep the pool heated. So I felt like they lied over the phone fully knowing they don't have heated pool. Other than that, this hotel is kind of basic and doesn't offer enough amenities to be a 4 star hotel. Few positive things were the oceanfront location and that it smelled good in the lobby.
