Our room was ready so we checked in @2pm The friendliness was so appreciated. This is the Best Marriott Residence we have ever stayed with our pups. If you have a fur baby this location is a must. We will definitely be back. Thank you Virginia Beach Marriott Residence!!!!!! We had the Best Stay Ever!!!!!!

I liked how the room was spacious and had a kitchenette. Also, I was pleased that it was close by other popular businesses and was a beachfront property. I didn't like how the sliding glass door, leading out to the balcony, overlooking the ocean, did not have a lock which was unsafe for my family. I also didn't like that there was no heat in the room at all. My family and I were uncomfortable the entire stay. In addition, the property is refusing to refund me for my stay. I'm sure it breaks city code to not have a lock or heat in the room.

Room could use a little TLC, the sliding door handle was loose, towel rack coming off the wall, a floor tile was cracked, and a curtain was hanging down. Otherwise very clean. Love the view here. Everyone is friendly. Parking is tight but the valet are pretty quick. My kids are perfectly happy with the free breakfast every day, very clean dining.

Great location and view! The room was spacious for our large family and breakfast was great. The AC was very loud and some areas need to be repainted. Kids loved the pool.
