While rooms were relatively neat and clean and explained how you would get service as they did not provide it daily, every time you asked me for clean pals, even while holding the dirty ones to exchange you were sent downstairs to the front desk or for a roll of toilet paper or soap, or Even a trash bag, which, by the way was the little bag they keep in the ice bucket. We ended up checking out a day early because we were tired of hearing kids run up and down the hallway and scream and doors being slammed like we were in the middle of some kind of War zone or something And forget about getting any help from the front desk

Our stay was fair check in on arrival was fair the staff who checked us in was not friendly appeared unfriendly and did not give us all the information. Check in staff should be friendly and be able to give a good introduction to the quests about the premise s. Overall the rest of the staff we encountered in our stay were well oriented and helpful. The breakfast was the same every day they could alternate with becon. Fruits bananas would also be welcomed and are soft enough for the elderly and children. Between the pool entrance door and the elevators please keep some dry towels on the floor to avoid falls and a dry floor. The caution cones are in place but that does not prevent a fall, a few towels on the pool door and the entrance can prevent unintended falls. Overall it was a good place to stay.

Staff EXCELLENT!!!
Otherwise…
1- Elevators had guests including self stuck between floors on 4 occasion
2- lobby was a sauna - NO AIR - staff tried to make work but NO AVAIL…
3- could NOT SIT AND ENJOY LITE BREAKFAST IN LOBBY ..too HOT IN LOBBY
4- rooms were NOT completely stocked..had to come get tissue (half roll when came in) and two rags for both rooms (703/5)
5- Yellow chair broken in 705..made manager aware soon went to inventory room upon arrival
****PARKING POLICY UNFAIR TO GUESTS
My guests (#705) arrived in two separate cars and one couldn’t get a parking pass due to policy…
If manager (who was excellent) applied my veterans status and since I booked 3 rooms…manage to work something out….
But policy should be revised to support in documents about vehicles and parking passes on websites and followed up on BEFORE allowing booking…
Since you don’t have the space…
Create a 3rd party agreement with Chicho’s pizza restaurant to establish an entertainment (Kareoke, ???) once a weekend..
This will help promote a venue for your customers that is convenient safe and family fun.
We went to kareoke there on Sunday and we HAD A BALL WITH A FEW OTHER GUESTS FROM HOTEL THAT WE TOLD ABOUT….WE ALL WALKED BACK (1/2 block) back to hotel and it raised your customer service ratings immensely…

FRONT DESK STAFF, BILL (maintenance)
*being there is NO entertainment after beach hours will improve all around goals for business

It was so worth the price! The our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was served hot and delicious. We brought our fur baby and it was his first hotel experience. Thank you for accommodating ffur family members!

Hotel staff was friendly.
Rooms and lobby was very clean.
Maintenance man Bill really stood out. He was friendly and helpful.
This hotel is kid and pet friendly.
The breakfast staff also went above and beyond making our family's stay great.

During my stay at hotel I encountered the worst service from a front desk agent. I asked him if his day was going well. His response was why are you asking me that, it was not what I expected at all front an agent. I was booked for a two night stay and left the next day. I can not see myself and family at an establishment that would provide poor service ina service driven industry.
This was during the Mother’s Day weekend.

I was told they charge for parking.At checkout , I asked about the charges and was told the older lady didn’t know what she was talking about. I asked for a bill to verify if any parking fees, but was told since I booked through a third-party (Expedia), I have to get a receipt from them. I really don’t understand this. The hotel was noisy with dogs and uncontrollable children yelling and screaming up and down the halls.. Telephone in room but not connected. Unable to contact front desk unless you call in your personal cell phone.

Sheets smelled like dirty feet, room was smelly dirty & noises coming from pipes between the walls kept us up all night along with ppl hanging out in the halls in the middle of the night & no running water in the bathroom. Front desk was also a frail older woman that was also the security at this unsafe & unkept place.
Noticed working girls also in the parking lot. This is unsafe & unacceptable for any decent family member to stay. I do not recommend this place at all!!! It’s full of ppl from the shelter.

The air conditioner did not work properly. We woke up in a sweat. Place was not clean. Breakfast was horrible cold food. I will never stay or recommend this place to anyone. As a military family we have traveled a lot and this was a horrible experience.

Check in was 3pm, showed up at 430pm and room wasn’t available. It was 6pm and I was still waiting on my room. Ended up canceling and currently waiting on my refund.
I had a family of 5 with 3 children. Terrible experience ever. Not sure why they allow you to book rooms if they don’t have the staff to manage.
