Hotel overall was fine. Booked three rooms for family and rooms looked like the photos on web for the type of rooms we booked and were mostly clean and comfortable. The hotel website states a full breakfast - but it’s more of a continental type with powdered eggs. No waffle or pancake maker and minimal fruit choice. Enough tables for 10 guests at a time. Only one elevator, so wait times can be annoyingly long. Close to the beach which is nice. Parking is good enough. Hotel reception area had a horrible odor and did seem to be throughout the hotel, just not as strong. The rooms thankfully did not have that odor. Staff is attentive and friendly.

It was noisy due to kids running up and down the hallway. You can see where wallpaper was was separated from the wall and the bathroom the toilet rolls holder you get ready to fall apart. And also the TV and trying to watch the channels keep getting interrupted as if no service

Checked in and had to check out within 20 minutes. The cleaning solution they used throughout the hotel was overpowering and made my family physically ill. Upon entering the room, one of the beds was not changed, the tv remote was dirty and there were sticky fingerprints on the doors. I would have brought this to the attention of the staff but the smell was too bad to even stay. It is quite unfortunate because it ruined our whole vacation. I would not stay there again

The rooms were big, with comfortable beds. The staff was always so kind any time we saw them. Breakfast had good options. The pool was great. This hotel is PHENOMENAL for the price. It’s right across from the beach and an easy walk, even with kids.

Our shower drain was clogged and it took a while for water to drain. Therefore I did not bathe my 5 months old infant because I can’t imagine residues stuck on tubs. I liked the breakfast, however I was thrown off by this male staff who constantly stared at me. At one point he opened my waffle halfway into the timer and telling me it’s “ya lista” as in it’s ready.. acting to be helpful while I never asked for help and I knew what I was doing. I sat back down at the table with my husband to try to enjoy this interrupted waffle, to find the texture chewy because it’s not baked all the way. So I got up to make myself a new batch and patiently stood infront of the waffle maker while I watch the same male staff try to look at my table to see the first waffle not eaten. My husband ended up eating the first waffle but I’m particular with how I enjoy my food. The very next day, the same male staff is staring at me once again, this time I’m alone since my infant is still asleep upstairs with my husband. As I walk up to grab utensils for my waffle, this male staff pretends to wipe down counters to get near me and I avoided eye contact at all costs. I picked out a table on one end of the room and sat facing away from where he stood. Very uncomfortable.
