Pool was great! Location was nice and convenient. a/c was horrible for the amount we paid to stay here. we ended up having to buy a fan just so the kids could sleep through the night comfortably.

On our second and third day there was a lot of kids put in rooms next to us on both sides and along our hall they came in around 10pm each night screaming, running in the halls and knocking on our door and hiding called front desk multiple times and they tried to tell supervisors of the kids and nothing done the last night the front desk told me they couldn't do nothing and I would have to call the cops so we did and they came and it got quiet for awhile they also woke up before 7am each day with the loud noises n running around we didn't get much sleep or quiet time to rest after a long day

Not on the river walk. No parking, only option is valet or you have to get a city permit or something. I arrived late so I was thankful they had valet but the days in. Is across the street with parking so I would have preferred to stay there for less money. Staff acted like children and were screaming and playing while working which was unprofessional. A lot of babies and young families stayed here which is fine with me but may not be ideal for business travelers. They did give me a late check out which was nice. Breakfast was horrible and I had to ask for the coffee to be refilled. Wouldn’t go back.

The valley was extremely courteous, especially Caleb. The breakfast had many options and it was very close to the mall. The riverwalk was a hike so we had to drive downtown anyways (family members got bad knees) but if you wanna walk a mile- it’s a great spot! We left another hotel to finish our stay here and it was way better and the price was affordable

Loves the place. The main lobby kept the kids busy for a couple of hours at a stretch. We didnt go during pool weather. The location is great, walking distance to the alamo, riverqalk, legoland. Very central downtown. Be mindful there ia no parking on site, there is city meter parking or you have valet parking.

The hotel manager at the this hotel was extremely unprofessional and rude,!! One of our roons smelled like sewage, tge room they moved us to waa un finished and she offered NOTHINING! I couldn't pull up my rewards to get a bottle of water she waa unhelpful and mocjed me when i walked away out of frustration. Extremely unprofessional and lied to the customers service repp when called. She reported ww complained about the wifi and not what really happeded. Several customers and my family heard how she spoke to me. A couple in next to us had the same dewage smell and she offered them half off their room. We just got attuned!! This is not the hilton brand treatment and ive never been so insulted.

As a family, we really enjoyed the games and activities set out for the family in the lounge area. The lounge area was spacious and cozy.

Cleanliness was questionable, random hairs in the shower. The staff are not very attentive at all. Valet lost some people’s keys/cars and you do not have an option to park yourself. Breakfast ran out of MULTIPLE ITEMS many times and the staff had to be notified by guests. They ran out of coffee! Served very weak/watered down coffee…really??? There was not enough seating in the breakfast area either. Several of my family members had to stand during breakfast. I don’t reserve rooms based on breakfast, but if you are going to offer it, pay attention. It’s in a sketchy part of town and the price did not reflect that at all! Safety does matter! I usually like Hilton, but this one was truly not up to par.

Not a bad hotel just heard a lot of complaining regarding dog noise and walls being paper thin. I heard conversation's of the room next to me and above me. Even with the tv on. Just thankful my kiddos weren’t on this trip or i would have never slept with all the surrounding noises from the other rooms.

The service of the front desk staff was great, but this is, as advertised, a pretty no frills hotel. Some areas were a little run down (e.g. leaking water outside the fitness room) and the location requires a short walk to actually get to the Riverwalk— which my family didn’t mind. Valet service was prompt and courteous. If you just need a place to rest your head and don’t mind basic lodging this fits the bill.
