My family and I stayed here and loved how close everything was. From the shops to the riverwalk it was an overall great trip.

Great hotel. Went there to spend some time with the family and had a great time. The hotel was clean and it had direct access to the riverwalk.

I like how we got a free margarita upon check in , dislikes . The room had a weird smell , the walls are thin as you can here the kids in the room next door yelling early in morning . But over all it was good

The convention is so convenient to walk to for a double competition. The pool was great! The only negative was could not change the air and when it was set at 68 still was humid like 70s. Toss and turned all night. Other families in our group experienced this w the air also. Other than that I’ve stayed here before and did not experience this with the air before. This is a great place will be staying again!

Loved the escalators you can take in lobby down to the riverwalk. We ordered a crib at checkin and it was in my room by the time i made it to our room. They gave us a baby shampoo kit and sponge. I recommend this hotel, i just personally wasnt a fan of pillows and only bedsheets for sleeping no comforters. Staff and facilities were great

This was a New Year's trip with family we spent most of the time on the roof deck which was nice. I was a little upset with the beds it seemed like it was a full size bed not a queen size for being a five-star luxury hotel I was expecting a little bit more in the rooms. I understand it was New Year's Eve I understand the hotel was overbooked and very busy. I couldn't check in until 4:00 but then you have to check out at 11:00 that very much bothers me it's like if I have to check in so late I should be able to check out late as well without being charged.

First time recommend family and friends. Perfect location amazing hotel, easy in and out. Would have liked for the Perks to have more options for late nighters or perhaps longer hours at Bar Rojo for food(we were last concert goers and starving lol)

We took a family trip to San Antonio and will definitely be back to this retreat! We were within walking distance to hemisphere park, Riverwalk access, shopping and attractions galore for 6 year olds.
