Marriott San Antonio Riverwalk

I had a great stay with my family. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, everything is so clean and well maintained and you are just atop of the riverwalk. I sure will stay again when I go back to San Antonio.

Great stay!! This place checked all the boxes for us. Great views of the city, clean, awesome staff etc. All ages would enjoy this hotel especially families. Pool and game room and located right on the Riverwalk. So glad we stayed here.

Total between all the families we rent more than 15 rooms, because we model across, my self I rent 3 rooms, and the lady from the front desk with a security put me and all the models outside saying that I didn't ask for permission to be there when WE Pay to use this hotel areas.. or what the point of spending more than 300 per room? and they don't let me use an area close to the meeting rooms that it was completely empty with sofas that nobody use to have a small conversation with all girls about walking - shame on you Marriott that put your customers outside with under age girls...staff is rude - general

Room space very small for a family of 4 . Do not recomend if you are a family of 4.

My wife, kids and I stayed a few days for a weekend getaway. We had several issues... I had to call three times to get extra blankets and pillows. The carpet was extremely dirty and discolored. Every time I went to buy something from the snack shop next to the front desk they acted as though I was bothering them. Our room was not clean until after 3:30pm? There was mildew in the shower corners and had very poor ventilation. At one point I could not get off the elevator as the door would not open, several floors later and a bit panicky it opened after hitting the door open button numerous times. Poor poor service. I have stayed with Marriott many times and never had a less pleasant stay than this one. This will be my last stay with them.

When I made my reservation I asked for a room with two double beds because I was taking my kids(2) when we got there we only got a king bed and they told us that there was nothing that they can do. Very bad experience.
