Hotel was nice, the downfalls were. Shower water was cold. Requested a baby crib never got it. Requested the late checkout, never got it. And when i did ask I only was offered 30 Min after since i wasn’t a member…

We arrived later evening because of a flight delay and even contacting our hotel to say we were late booking. Our two rooms with 2 queen size beds were sold to other guests and we got put in two handycapp rooms with king bed and a small couch. One of our family had to sleep on couch cushions on the floor for our two night stay. And just a side note if you have a car it costs $40 a night to park valet because of no hotel parking.. across the street is where you should have booked your stay good luck

This property was in a great area to walk to many attractions. Our room was not cleaned according to check in instructions until we complained 2x at the front desk. The room was not restocked with toilet paper etc when cleaning did take place. The pool was cloudy and the deck had cigarette butts and ashes everywhere making it not safe for children.

Logan at the front desk was very helpful and informative about the hotel and the surrounding area. Swimming pool was small but nobody else was using it so our kids had fun in it.

We got this room specifically for the pool and it did let us down after we saw the size of it. Valet parking was 37 plus tax per day but it was downtown and there’s no such thing as free parking so that wasn’t a big deal. The valet crew were extremely polite and very respectful of everyone’s vehicles. Check in was a breeze but the room we did get was a little hot. We waited until 1030 to see if it would cool down eventually but it stayed around the 77-82 degrees in there. Carlos was on the overnight shift and he was my hero for the last 2 nights. He found us another room on the same floor with better AC and did so rather quickly. He was awesome! I would definitely stay here again because the staff are very welcoming and they definitely go above and beyond to make sure you and your family are comfortable.

Had a disappointing stay that was a Christmas gift to our family. Prepaid and booked a room with 2 queen beds, at a higher price than the other rooms as listed. When the 3 men in my family checked in they didn’t have it available and offered an “upgrade” of a single queen with a sofa bed! Most definitely not an upgrade and refused to pro-rate the room. Additionally they were charged for Valet service when the employee told my husband he didn’t know how to drive a stick shift so he couldn’t park his car. My husband parked his vehicle himself but was still fully charged. Extremely disappointed in the quality of service that Marriott brand hotels are providing now.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Blanca and Ari at front desk were so welcoming. By the end of our stay I felt we made 2 new friendships. Carlos manager was also very friendly and helpful. Dennis was awesome with valet always had a smile and a kind word. Elizabeth Worthley and family would definitely stay there again. The only con was the shower head. Felt like we were getting hit with needles every time we stepped in the shower.

It was ok, but my reservation was for 2 king beds and I got 2 queen beds. No parking, other than valet. In the bathroom, you could see wallpaper patchwork that looks as if a child did it. Shower curtains to Short for the tub, which floods the bathroom floor. The rates are higher than they are worth.
