Omni Hilton Head Oceanfront Resort

Overall the place was excellent for family or couples. There were 2 large pools then a 3rd for adults only. They had several game activities outdoors like cornhole, volleyball and ping pong The food was very good at the pool bar and breakfast buffet. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were not - I would recommend bringing your own. All the staff were very friendly Our only complaint would be that when we first arrived, we moved the kitchen table to make space n saw crusted up food that must’ve been stuck to the legs of the table. Otherwise room was very clean n cleaned well each day

This is our second time staying at the Hilton Head Omni Resort, we love it! So much to do for the whole family. The rooms are clean and spacious and the pool is wonderful. Easy access to the beach and easy parking!

The rooms were very nice. I love the ease of staying here with little ones. Drinks and food served right to the pool which makes things easy and fun! Love that the beach is right there too so you can easily. Staying here allows for an enjoyable vacation and experience.

Great family vacation. Loved the pool, beach, and amenities. The resort is beautiful. Great location. Only negative was the price of food and beverages. $4.50 for a bottle of water?

Absolutely amazing property. Perfect for families. Staff seemed a little overwhelmed but so kind and helpful. Location was perfect. We highly recommend!

I just went with my grandson for spring break, we loved it !!!! There were a lot of kids, so he had a lot of fun. The staff is excellent !!! The food not so much, but there are fantastic restaurants on the island.

Great for a family vacation, very easy and convenient.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable but they. Are accessed by open hallways and can be quite cold. There were also several families who let their children play in that open space, so it was quite noisy. The open concept made it cumbersome to get to the lobby

The property was next to a beautiful beach with soft white sand. Very kid friendly beach areas as the waves were gentle and easy to play for my 8 year old

We were there over fall break and just now leaving. Not busy at all so that was very nice for the pool and other outside amenities. We wished there were more snacking options for pool side when ordering. They were all meals and not just sides/ snacks, especially for kids and for adults when you have been drinking 😉 When we checked in, we got upgraded to a partial ocean view room. Which is nice but not when you walk in and your room has that bad musty mold smell. We thought it was going away after a while but that was just us getting use to it. Every time we would come back to the room we would get hit with the smell when you would walk through the door. And, we had 2 stink bugs on the bed. I found them in the morning next to my son while he was sleeping. I would have rather had an updated room over a partial ocean view room. They are also doing construction to the whole North tower of rooms so that is all you hear all day long is construction equipment. You can’t hear the music at the main pool. The sand is only a few steps away if you are looking to go the beach which is nice! Other than the room it was very nice landscaping, outdoor amenities, fir pit areas, a ping pong table, and chess to play. The staff were so friendly and amazing.
