Omni Hilton Head Oceanfront Resort

Overall the place was excellent for family or couples. There were 2 large pools then a 3rd for adults only. They had several game activities outdoors like cornhole, volleyball and ping pong The food was very good at the pool bar and breakfast buffet. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were not - I would recommend bringing your own. All the staff were very friendly Our only complaint would be that when we first arrived, we moved the kitchen table to make space n saw crusted up food that must’ve been stuck to the legs of the table. Otherwise room was very clean n cleaned well each day

This was a fantastic hotel and so family friendly. The walk in pool was perfect for little ones and the room was so beautiful.

Nice resort family friendly

I found this resort on Expedia and couldn’t have been happier with all accommodations. The pool and beach areas were immaculate and so much fun for our kids. The rooms were beautiful and views amazing. Overall a wonderful experience.

Great family resort.

We loved that the hotel is right on the beach. The pools were nice for families with young children. The staff was very kind, welcoming, and accommodating. I felt that for the price, the hotel should have been a but nicer and updated. The air conditioning didn't work in our room, so we were to warm on the first night, but as soon as we reported it, they sent someone to fix it. We ate at the Palmetto on the first night, and I was disappointed in my salad. It didn't have enough toppings just a lot of lettuce, and we weren't told until they served it that they had run out of salad dressing. I would recommend the hotel install showers a you exit the beach to wash the sand off. Also, some kind of clothes line or hooks in the bathrooms would be nice to dry out swimsuits.

Our luxury king suite was anything but luxurious. Bugs, shower and mini fridge broken. If you stay in south building on ground level you are in the parking lot. Requested to be moved from that area 4X and until escalated to management was told they would “try” two days later we were able to move to the other side to a room that was CLEAN with a working shower and fridge and away from the parking lot with our small children. They only refunded one of the two nights. The pool had spilled food and drink under all the chairs for the entire time we were there. Someone came around the pool to take orders maybe once every 90 minutes. The breakfast buffet was cold. The list goes Way on. We have stayed here over 8X and we will not be returning.

This is our second time staying at the Hilton Head Omni Resort, we love it! So much to do for the whole family. The rooms are clean and spacious and the pool is wonderful. Easy access to the beach and easy parking!

The rooms were very nice. I love the ease of staying here with little ones. Drinks and food served right to the pool which makes things easy and fun! Love that the beach is right there too so you can easily. Staying here allows for an enjoyable vacation and experience.

Great family vacation. Loved the pool, beach, and amenities. The resort is beautiful. Great location. Only negative was the price of food and beverages. $4.50 for a bottle of water?
