North Beach Resort & Villas

My family has stayed here many times and I have never had issues like I did this trip. To start off when arriving there was brewed coffee grounds In the coffee maker the lid was broken so once I cleaned it I spilled coffee everywhere. The ice maker was broken silverware dirty in drawer had issues with outlets not charging our phones so we had to sit in the hallway to charge them. On the last day we notice roaches in the kitchen we did not notice before because we all slept in I'm guessing because it was still dark when we woke up they were still out they were on the countertops and going in between the stove. These were not the large water bugs as seen at the pools these were in face house roaches.

Great spot for the family

I enjoyed my stay at north beach they offer shuttle service around the property and across the street to barefoot landing somewhat offsetting the con of all the villas being a fair distance away from the beach. Villiad not hacjny elevator acess makes using the parking deck a hassle as you cant access the elevator making you drag your things down the stairs if you dont take them out of th car prior to driving into the parking deck they do have people working nearby so its unlikely anyone would snag anything from you. The room was fairly well cleaned a few small pieces of trash here and there left behind and the odd stain here and there but acceptable by my mertics. Now i will say i enjoyed my stay here but the pool was filthy might be one of the dirtiest ive ever been in random hair and other mystery floaters in the water if i was a more senstive person i might not have gotten in at all. Also they have a swim up bar with people drinking in the pool which yeah is fun and does sounds fun but im sure is contributing to the pool being as nasty as it most likey is just a side effect of being in peak season. Ya know lots of people lots of kids drunk people having a good time. Things happen and you can clean a pool every night but the days are a very long time to keep somthing like that clean with so many people. Anyway just bring some cortizone in case you get a rash and you'll be fine. Im cheap so i might not stay here at full price but if you see a sale its worthy vacation option

The overall experience was great. There were some details regarding the stay that we were unaware of until we figured things out for ourselves. The room was clean and the perfect size for our entire family. Location was excellent, and the shuttle services were greatly appreciated.

We had an amazing stay at North Beach! Some highlights were checking into the resort with Brittany, who was super friendly and so helpful, to family time at the pool, and sunrise walks!

It was very pleasant and well kept. Nice property & room. View of ocean very nice. Irritating issue #1 is with guest & not necessarily resorts fault. Other guest at the pool area when the resort has a music system playing all genres for everyone to enjoy and this guest decides that we should all listen to their boom box blasting rap music at the Childrens pool area drowning out the resort music & forcing all to hear. Staff said nothing. So an elderly man finally spoke up and let the guest know it was inconsiderate. The other irritating complaint #2 is for the 3 nights, the continuous strong weed smell in the hallways and then opening up the patio doors to our unit to get some fresh air and hear the waves, only to have weed smoke pouring into our unit from another balcony unit. With 2 teens & a 6 year old it was just not ok. Many other guest we met on the elevator made similar comments. Overall a nice hotel & comfortable unit. It appears to be a family friendly hotel, but for these rates, we expect some kind of enforced rules for all guest.

Our stay at North Beach Resort & Villas was fantastic! From the cleanliness and spacious room to the variety of pool options for our family; it was superb! We felt very safe with gated entrance, accessibility of staff and security and overall pride taken in the appearance of the property was evident. Conveniently located with beach access, on-sight dining and in close proximity to shops and restaurants. We will certainly return again!

The towers were really nice and cozy. The resort is very family oriented and the beach access and clean up areas are perfect. We really enjoyed the resort.

This property was a God send. After getting to the beach and finding our first reservation to be a health and safety hazard, we were scrambling to find a place to stay. This place was beautiful. We had 8 kids from 6-17 and all of them loved it!

Our family always enjoy vacationing at North Beach Resort! The room was clean with the exception of a few stains in the carpet in the living room and the room with the 2 queen beds. Otherwise we had a comfortable weekend stay. We look forward to our next visit!!!
