Stayed for 3 nights, hotel is under cosmetic renovations which means pool and rec room are unavailable (not disclosed when booking), all ice machines were down except the first floor at the end of the hallway. Cleanliness of the rooms did not seem to be a priority. Both rooms had a few weird stains on the wall which I wiped down so I wouldn’t get blamed for it and so my kids wouldn’t touch it. On glass where the microwave sits were some old crusted pieces of food. I made sure to wipe everything down before anyone put anything anywhere. We would have stayed elsewhere, but everywhere else was booked so we had to stay put (with kids it’s hard to move from hotel to hotel). Called down to guest services to see if they had any ranch, they had none. I’m curious if that was true or they didn’t want to bother. Overall, I would not stay again. Area around was not great either.

By far one of the worst hotel stays ever! Me not thinking there was a 3 pm check in time because my flight got there at 8 am go to the hotel for the lady at the desk to be pretty rude about. Ok whatever thank god I have family there so we went there. Come back around 3 check in to find out no pool or fitness room but could use the one outside across the street at a sister hotel that pool was absolutely disgusting and green! So than fast forward to the next day we left the hotel for the day to do stuff come back no garbage taken out no beds made and a note saying my room was to cold to take care of our room! Seriously right now so I definitely wasn’t happy with this. The outside there was garbage around and cigarette butts everywhere.

We had booked this property for a family. We had total 4 rooms. So when a person books 4 rooms together, its very obvious that they should be on the same floor. However the property gave us on different floors. We requested but then the manager was in no mood to change that for us. There was not enough parking available and they asked me to park on the adjacent road which is not safe. The AC unit did not have the control pannel due to which it was cold in the room and we could not adjust temprature. Overall a very poor experience for a premium charge. I would not recommend this property.

Pillows were very old and some had stains. Also some of the front desk staff were not friendly. They acted rude....I am not sure, but they seemed like they did notvlike hispanics. We will never stay at these hotels ever again nor we will refer to family and friends. We booked 4 rooms...

Although we paid for a king bed and a pull out sofa, we got a king bed and a broken pull out sofa that my children couldn't sleep on. We were told that because the room was nonrefundable they didn't have any obligation to make it right. They claimed that because the room was nonrefundable there could have not been a pull out sofa at all, and they wouldn't refund us or switch us to a sister hotel (since apparently they were fully booked). The customer service was abysmal. What an absolutely awful experience. I really expected better from Marriott. Also, don't bother booking through Expedia, they won't help. They go by what the hotel says. Even though i have photographic proof of the broken bed and the person they sent to look at it said is broken, the front desk lady said it wasn't so we got no help whatsoever from Expedia.

Room was very nice. Breakfast was great. Pool was too cool for me but kids don't care. I would stay here again.

Luggage carts broke and only have two. So I waited 30. Minutes for a cart to check out. Pool was out of order had four children that could not swim and I look for hotels with pools for them. Look out window of hotel to see nasty homes with broke down cars and a tire up camper so had to keep the curtains closed. Breakfast has a joke and gross. Had better everywhere I’ve ever stayed. This was a total waiste of $220.00 for a one night stay. I would have spent the extra $30 bucks to stay elsewhere if I would have knew it was that bad. Pictures made it look good but it is not.

I needed to attend a funeral, Took what I thought was the $6 option to be able to cancel until the day before my travel day, then when I chose a room, I did not understand that the $6 option does NOT apply if you chose a non-refundable room. BUT, they don't tell you this. I proceeded to get covid and surely did not want to travel and expose my entire family, but when I tried to get a refund, they would not make an exception. VERY deceiving and poor business practice....

I’m not gonna lie at first the property has looked a little skeptical when I pulled up to it but when I went inside it was totally different story. The hotel was very nice. The desk agent that checked me in( I forgot her name) she was very nice and friendly, so was all of the other desk agents. The rooms were clean. Had no odors and it was very quiet. I definitely would recommend this hotel for anyone especially if you are traveling with kids. They also have free breakfast , I just wish it had more of a variety of food to eat but it was still good. Overall my experience was Great. :)
