It was very nice and comfortable for our family of 7. We got the 3 bedroom and it was perfect. Great pools and beach access.

The hotel was amazing and the staff on site were awesome! The restaurant staff, Ms. Lee in particular, was friendly, congenial, and ensured that my family and I had everything we needed. Also, when we were checking in, the gentleman, Andre, assisted us with our luggage. He was very kind, helpful, and patient. The housekeeping staff were also kind and helpful. I will not hesitate to return to this hotel in the future!

Everything was good. My only complaints are the elevators are a bit slow for the amount of traffic the hotel has. The parking garage is very tight and difficult to maneuver when cars are coming and going. The parking spaces are so tight which makes it very difficult for getting small kids in and out of the car.

So the place was not that easy to get in and out of as far as access to the beach and the parking is across the street and up a parking garage, it was very hard to get in the parking spaces. The pools inside and out close early. The view was very nicethough. And the rooms were set up. Really nice with very big bathrooms. Handicap, excess is not very friendly, but this place is more kid friendly

Staff is very nice. Amenities like indoor/outdoor pool is great for kids. Hotel is starting to show its age a bit, but still a good place to stay, especially with family.

The property is a little dated but the indoor pool was great for kids! Staff provided basic services but did not really greet you or address concerns raised - had to call three times to follow up on an issue.

Too many unsupervised feral children in the pool area & absolutely zero security presence there, or in any common areas. I don’t throw around the word unsafe freely but - this place feels a little unsafe

room was great!!!! ocean view, kitchenette. parking across street was pretty convenient. Beach on other side! didn’t get to use pool because it was a little cold & too many kids at inside one. hot tubs were never available.
