Hotel Valencia Riverwalk

Beautiful hotel and the staff treated our family as if we were at a resort. Bartender Jacob gave the us best hospitality. We’ve been staying downtown for years and never came across this hotel. Will definitely come back and stay again!

Only thing I can note is it doesn't have a swimming pool, my kids wanted to take a swim during our stay. Other than that 100 percent rating 🙏

The hotel itself is Wonderful! Unfortunately the service was great but not wonderful. We went on a quick family trip with my brother and his wife. We got to the hotel THISTY! And there were no water bottles in the room. I called my brother to tell him to get waters because they didn’t have any. He told me his room fridge was fully loaded with water, sodas and even alcohol. I call reception at around 8:30 tell them about it they send a guy with water and ask him about the rest of the drinks my brother has in his frodfe and I don’t. He opens the fridge and it’s dirty and empty. He says “_Oh yeah It should be stocked up” reception tells me that they will come stock the fridge al that it will be a few mins. Well… the few mins went to hours and we fell asleep. it must have been close or midnight when they call the room mind you I have a baby and a toddler. Then 2 min later they call again and woke them UP! Then they wouldn’t go back to sleep till 3 am. That was a restless night and it was a No thank you. In service for me.

Everything was 5 star , but wished that a swimming pool was available for my kids

Liked the Argentine theme in the restaurant (wines & menu). There were several courtyards where we could sit with a drink or a book. One interior courtyard had an small infinity pond and fire feature. Dining outdoors was above the Riverwalk area and was a good opportunity for people watching. When we arrived for dinner at the restaurant our first night, some kind of "kid pop" music was playing. This was Very Jarring on the otherwise Argentinian atmosphere that had motivated our reservation (at the hotel and restaurant). I "complained bitterly" to management about it through a hotel-solicited feedback text. The next day the music was romantic Latin with a tango mix, more in keeping with their theme and advertising. I later commented to management that I appreciated the change of music and their responsiveness. This makes me want to return in the future.

Coming from Tucson, AZ the weather was great. My husband and I drove to see Luke Combs, enjoy a relaxing “honeymoon” vacation. The room was beautiful, the valet staff were exceptionally polite and helpful, the girl that checked me in had a bit of an attitude, but over all our stay was amazing. We will stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

My only complaint is that the rooms that they advertise as "fits 4" are equipped with 2 full size beds as opposed to queen size. Our family of 4 was very uncomfortable.

Our family stayed here for several nights. The rooms were comfortable, the staff friendly and the location great. We walked to every meal and only had to use our car when we decided to go to the Spurs game. Would definitely stay here again.

It was perfect for a family of four. Location is a plus, we didn’t even needed the car. Everything is walking distance.

Gave it a 4 star because the room was clean, valet and front desk were great. The only negative thing about this trip was that I paid extra for a “river view” and in fact did not receive that room but a “street view”. We had a 5 hour drive with a toddler so we didn’t mention it because it wasn’t worth the hassle with an already grumpy toddler. It was just disappointing. The hotel however was clean and near the places we visited so that was great.
