Drury Inn & Suites San Antonio Riverwalk

The kindest staff! We truly appreciate how friendly and welcoming every staff member was. I can’t see my family staying anywhere else! Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

My family and I have always loved this hotel, when checking in the front desk person was a little rude when I asked a question. And the AC in our room didn't work well it was a little hot. But love this hotel and convince to the Riverwalk.

Best place to stay with family

Always Great place to stay , close to all the river walk fun , food is always good and great place for couples and family’s to wnjoy time away.

My family stopped in for one night in route for our vacation. The river walk was right outside our door, with a wonderful view and very convenient. We packed up our things and continued our journey, only to realize late in the evening that my daughters "Puppy'' (her overly loved and many times repaired stuffed animal) had been left behind. Panic ensued. There was tears, fears and of course a slight melt-down. I called the property, but there was nobody with a key to the lost and found there late in the night. If you are a mother to a little one with such an animal, you can about imagine the night we had. The following morning i called right away. The most amazing and understanding Lady helped me out. They did have Puppy and promptly boarded her on UPS Air. Puppy is now safe in the arms of a very grateful little girl. We always book with Drury when one is available, the family friendly atmosphere is a safe compfortable feeling.....but yall. Nothing can ever repay them for taking this situation as serious as they did. A stuff animal is just a pile of rags to some, but this pile of rags has my daughters heart. THANK YOU DOES NOT SEEM ENOUGH

The front staff are wonderful. The person monitoring temporary driveway parking to allow for quick check in is wonderful. The 530pm drinks and food in lobby was not expected, but appreciated I love that this hotel accommodates kids in a positive manner. The staff are what makes this hotel experience a delight and comfort ..

Location was perfect, hotel was beautiful, room was comfortable and clean. My only complaint s was the check in process. Aside from the fact that Chris lectured me about not telling him I needed 3 keys rather than 2 before he made them, he also failed to tell me that I needed to sign a waiver to have access to the pool area. This was after I specifically asked if the pool was heated. He said it was but no one is using it which maintenance loves. He repeated this twice, which made me think he didn’t want us using the pool (I’m from MN, it’s not too cold in TX in December to swim for me). When I realized my key didn’t allow access to the pool I went back to the front desk and got Chris, again. He told me I needed to sign the waiver and have all new keys made. He was frustrated with ME for having to make new keys!! While in the pool we counted 4 other families who realized their key wasn’t working, I made sure to let them all in.

My family and I loved staying here. The hotel is really nice, the “kickback” they have is a HUGE bonus and the breakfast in the morning is great too. An overall beautiful property and it’s right on the riverwalk with its own private elevator that puts you right there.

Very quaint, quite and family friendly. The immediate access to river walk awesome!

First of all i was charged 2 times more from the hotel put me in an inconvenient situation they didnt even apologized or even offer a discount at least.It wasnt my fault nor expediaa ...then on my stay put me in one of the worst areas plus a noise during the night didnt let me nor my family get some rest..complained but they said it wasnt their faul.so im going to think twice on staying there again
