perfect location and comfortable for our family and dog. loved the convenience by the riverwalk but away from the busy mall area. everything was walking distance and so fun. wish the beds were queen sized instead of double beds.

Hardly stay at the hotel due to the reason to my trip, family memorial. I requested late check out since i returned to the hotel at 3 am and needed to sleep, pack and get ready to leave. Called the front desk at 10:30 am and they denied my request by telling me that I had to be out by 11:00 am. If I wanted a late check out I had to pay, at that point I had no other choice but to pay. This is the first time that a hotel won’t accommodate a small request. I will never again stay at this chain of hotels.

First time for my family and I staying at Mokara. W are very impressed. From the minute we arrived the staff was so friendly and engaging. It was our first time in San Antonio. We were celebrating my sister's birthday. We loved how easy and convenient it was to the riverwalk and downtown area. Having access to the amenities were wonderful and a plus. The hotel was beautiful and very quiet. I think our only con was that the hotel didn't seem full and we got a room off to the side staring into an hvac system. Other than that we loved our stay.
