My family liked that when you walked out to the river walk from the hotel it was right in front of “Selena’s Bridge”. What we didn’t like was the parking situation you have to deal with at this hotel! You either have valet parking which is always full or parking garage across the street which is always full or of course park two blocks down at another parking garage for $20 and walk. Oh and no free internet, just so you know LOL. But other than that nice hotel.

Outstanding service and a beautiful hotel! Staff was very attentive. My request for adjoining rooms was granted which allowed my family to spend more time together. Our rooms overlooked the River Walk which was also beautiful.

First time visiting San Antonio with family. We did some research on the property but unfortunately not enough. Few things to consider before booking. There is NO parking at the property. Ballet parking is $50 and the public parking across the street is $30 overnight. Our room had no microwave and NO windows at all. (We had a double glass door) which we totally disliked. There is also no washer/ dryer available for guests.

Loved it! Very family friendly. The hotel is located in prime area! It is built on the river walk and a family friendly walk to the Alamo. No complaints. Staff was amazing and facility was awesome. This will be my families go to hotel when we travel to San Antonio.

Limited 2 bed rooms with great river views. Most RV rooms are suites. If you are looking for 2 bed room, call them directly if they can accommodate your request for 2 bed room with great river views. The staff there are great! friendly & helpful! They will take their time to best accommodate your needs. I did a 5 night stay with my family and it was great!
