Drury Plaza Hotel San Antonio Riverwalk

Thank you for the breakfast and dinner options. We enjoyed happy hour very much. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. My family enjoyed the two pool locations, especially the rooftop pool. The whole experience at your hotel was pleasant, comfortable, and happy! I have a new favorite hotel now. Thank you!

3 night family vacation. Great hotel in beautiful historic building. Able to walk out of hotel onto river walk and very very close to cathedral to watch light show. Walkability a huge plus. Bedding comfortable. Room was nice size and clean. From check in to check out I couldn’t have asked for better service…front desk…valet…servers…bar tenders…house cleaning…all went above and beyond. Definitely will stay here again.

Room was super clean accommodated a family of 4 . Super comfy bed. Plenty of towels . Had a great mini vacation.

No complaints here, except when we retrieved our vehicle (rental) from valet the whole front windshield was covered in bird poop! It was extremely difficult to find my way to a nearby gas station to get cleaned! We paid a lot for parking, I assumed it was covered parking. If i had known that, I think I personally would have reconsidered my stay. Otherwise highly recommend! If anything for the History, & the magnificent views of this hotel! Also it was very accommodating to have the access to the Riverwalk, near some family oriented restaurants!

I reserved two rooms requesting us to be close to each other so my granddaughters and my grandsons would be able to visit back-and-forth but one family was on the 19th floor. One family was on the 14th floor….. things must’ve changed at this property in the past few years. The breakfast buffet is nothing more than what you get it any hotel even the cheap ones. The valet parking was a joke. I would recommend y’all contact the Graceland guesthouse and do a crash course in valet parking, I have never had to wait when I call from my room over 30 minutes to get my car . Since y’all do not offer self parking, you have to go off the property to find someplace else which I really did not feel safe doing or use your valet, which was the worst valet service system I’ve ever experienced…. All of the staff from check in second floor, eating bar area and valet Was very pleasant and very nice, but something has to be done with the process of getting cars there in a timely manner and if you get in your car, there may be cars in front of you that aren’t claimed and you’re blocked in. So sadly, even though I love your property, I will probably not ever stay there again

We stay here every time we come to San Antonio. We love the family friendly atmosphere and the breakfast and evening meals.

The facility was very nice. My room was cold which my family enjoyed. A majority of the amenities were very well. The surrounding area around the building had an outrageous amount of homeless. Sleeping on the sidewalks and down at almost every corner of the Riverwalk. Constantly being asked for money was annoying every time I stepped out. The valet service was terrible. Long wait times even when using the “convenient” text messaging QR scanning feature. At one point my vehicle was brought down but I received a message that no one was able to retrieve my vehicle. If I wouldn’t have gone to check physically I would have never known my vehicle was brought over. Overall I would consider going back only because of the proximity to certain businesses around the area.
