The hotel service was great! We stayed on the 2nd floor same as pool and very convenient with the kids! Plenty of space with two queen beds and pull out couch! Great location on the river walk! Little musty wish they had some sort of air fresheners but overall it was a great stay!

Love this place for my family. Anytime we go to San Antonio we always stay here. The kids love to make their own waffles in the morning!

Parking around here was terrible with lots of homeless wandering around. Expected reality in a city, but the parking garages around there are not secure. Some guests had their car stolen from the garage the night I was there. Homeless lady approached my children while eating breakfast asking if they could fix her a waffle while in the hotel. Not exactly a safe area. Riverwalk is nice.

I liked the customer service that was provided to me and my family. The guy who checked us in was very friendly and attentive. His name is Anthony and he was super friendly.

Great suite for myself, husband and three kids. Parked overnight across the street in a garage. Walked to the Alamo and food places. Great room and service from front desk.

Really enjoyed the stay here. Staff was great. Rooms large and good for families. Location is fantastic on RiverWalk and walkable to everything downtown. Alamo, restaurants, etc.

Perfect location for family of 4. We walked everywhere! The pool, fitness room, and free breakfast exceeded expectations. Would highly recommend!

Rooms were huge. 2 queens and a pull out sofa bed with plenty of room to walk around. Great for family with grown kids. Food was fine. Little things weren't perfect but for a 3 night stay, it was well worth the money. Staff was incredibly nice. Didn't rent a car since parking was extremely expensive.

Overall we had a good stay. We were only in town for two days for a wedding so we weren’t in our room much, but we we’re comfortable while we were there. The room was spacious enough for us and our three little ones and the full kitchen really helped with making and cleaning our newborns bottles late at night. You could tell the hotel has seen better days. For example, in the corners of the floor boards of the bathrooms we’re water damaged and rotted and we found random hair strands in the bed and on the floors. The hotel is located on the “quieter” side of the river walk so there’s not a lot of hustle and bustle, however parking is AWFUL! We opted to valet, but we should’ve parked ourselves. The parking garage across the street is only $30 a night while the valet charges $50 and they use that same garage. If we go again we’ll definitely use the garage ourselves instead.

Property is amazing, so nicely located, rooms are spacious and clean, pool area perfect for families. We are definitely coming back!
