I enjoy the walkable distance to the river, restaurant, and stores. Also it was clean and very nice comfortable place for the family.

The staff at this Hotel was appsoluty AMAZING! I have never seen a group of people on all shifts be so friendly. Thank you all for making our family vacation amazing!

My family and I loved staying at this hotel. Within walking distance of so many dining and shopping areas. Very friendly staff and use of facility. We especially loved having fresh, clean towels and noticeable small touch up of the room when we came back from an outing. Breakfast was free and they had various options. Pool is very nice, although it’s all 3ft. Great for the kids! We would stay here again.

We loved the location. The pool was very nice. Breakfast was good. Staff was extremely friendly. Valet parking is worth every penny, esp if staying more than 1 night. Suite room was spacious for our family of 5.

One thing that my family loved was the breakfast. There were two waffle makers. One was small waffles and one was a big waffle shaped in texas, which we thought was cute. It was also convenient to walk to the Riverwalk so thar is a plus. One downside is that their alarm or dishwasher kept on making a random noise is the middle of the night. But overall this is a 5 star hotel.

The hotel service was great! We stayed on the 2nd floor same as pool and very convenient with the kids! Plenty of space with two queen beds and pull out couch! Great location on the river walk! Little musty wish they had some sort of air fresheners but overall it was a great stay!

Beautiful rooms, lobby and pool. The pool is a bit over 3ft which was perfect for our kids. Easy access to the Riverwalk. Staff was very welcoming and attentive. Nights were quiet and the beds comfortable. Wonderful view from the eating area. Breakfast was the only thing that was just ok. Would most definitely recommend.

The sliding door on the bathroom was a bit weird. Pretty clean though. Studio gives plenty of room for a family.

Parking/vallet is a scam they charge you deposit and take it from that . They have very bad traffic and the vallets are no help . The parking accross (Rand) is 30 all day in and out well worth it . Vallet told us we would have to pay $30 every time we leave the lot(rand) so we would go with hotel parking vallet which is also 5 blocks away for $55 . I waited close to 30 min for them to retrieve my vehicle. After they called me and told me my vehicle was ready.. Rooms were dusty and had glass dishes located under the sink . This is very bad . My toddler found the lid to one of the dishes which was glass and it shattered all over the room . Why would any sort of knives or glass be within reach of a toddler?!! The cleaning lady was very nice though as well as the staff at the front desk. The gentleman handling the coffee station to the left side was very nice and helpful as well he deserves a raise and praise for being on top of his game. Beds were not comfortable!
