Anthony at the front desk was amazing, made us all feel right at home, helped us with excellent dinner recommendations for a family with 5 small children, showed extreme patience, and is all around the reason we loved our stay, we need more like him in the world, he clearly loves what he does and it shows

Nice hotel, very clean and family friendly. Love the option of bunk beds for kiddos. This is such a great amenity for families. Beautiful view of the river at breakfast.

Anthony and Pedro at the front desk are spectacular. No words can describe their kindness and how they went easy beyond our of theories way to make sure my family and i felt at home while staying there overnight. Kindness is one thing but to make someone feel safe, secure, comfortable and at easy, knowing my wife, kids and i are somewhere where we feel like family.

Clean and good house keeping. Room pictures were very deceptive. We had a room with 2 sets of Queen bunkbeds. The room was so small! You couldn’t even move around the beds let alone room for luggage. When asked about it they said they get that a lot, so maybe time to change your pictures? Very uncomfortable for family of 6. Also room was ground floor with homeless outside the window, very unsettling for the kids.

Beautiful and nice propi. Rooms nice and comfy. Balcony nice to have. Room bit small for a family of four. But overall, great place. Breakfast could be better. Parking way to expensive. $50 for one night. Too much.

My family was thrown into a room with a horrific window view. I would have fathered a room with no window. Scared my kids and made it very uncomfortable. I would like an email or call from a supervisor.

Parking is valet only, bed was uncomfortable, sunk in on both sides, noisy and hard as a rock. You could hear kids screaming and yelling at all hours of the night. No bar or restaurant

Noisy, because we could hear kids running and yelling in the hall from inside our room at night. Also, it was unsafe and unsanitary because there was a rat in our room on Sunday night & Monday night which my husband stayed up to make sure of what we heard and what he saw was correct. The fact that there is trash/ dump or debris from our window view was probably the cause for the rat problem. It was also humid in the hallway every night we were there. We felt the humidity on the last night that we stayed there. Sorry, but I won’t go back there again.
