Cobblestone Hotel & Suites - Erie

Very clean and friendly Hotel. This was a family trip with our dog.

We’ve stayed at the Cobblestone many times as it’s a preferred location to a friend’s residence. While not the most sound proof, it is a fine hotel for short stays. This stay we were on the main floor and starting about 7:30am on Sunday a toddler from the second floor was going full Simone Biles for a least an hour. I know because I finally walked up there to see what in the world was causing such an impressive and consistent amount of thumping, running and crashing sounds. I didn’t bother the family or the staff as we were up and leaving, but if you want to ensure quality sleep, you might want to bring ear plugs.

We have stayed at this location at least 10 times in the past few years - the location is great… but everything else has deteriorated. The beds are old uncomfortable and need replaced. Bed Linens so used look dirty and need replaced - carpets drastically need cleaned or replaced. Had family from out of town and these accommodation were disappointing.

Very nice place to stay with my family. Clean, provides a great breakfast, and reasonable price with the amount of amenities. Would book here again!

I want to first say this is our third stay here ( in a year and a half) and it has progressively gotten worse every time. We booked the hotel for a family weekend stay and my young son (10) couldn’t wait to swim in the pool and we were excited to relax in the hot tub. Sadly, they pool and hot tub were not in service AGAIN. I say again because last summer we stayed here and the pool & hot tub was out of service so this is nothing new. I just wish it would have stated pool out of order because I would not have booked this stay. The breakfast had very little & no coffee for an hour. Our room was nice & clean. The staff was VERY nice, all the ladies were sweet & extremely nice! I’m sad to say this is our last visit here.

We were able to use the Lobby to have family come for Christmas and play games together. Staff were great and friendly, lobby was clean. Was a great stay. Our dog even loved it! Thank you!

My kids loved the pool. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The gentleman working the front desk was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was great! My family loves using the waffle makers.

I chose a bay view room over a month in advance and was given a room looking at a side of a weed hill. When I went to the desk and said i specifically picked this hotel and a bay view on Expedia in advance for my kids to enjoy I was told all other rooms were booked. I would have chosen a different hotel if I couldn’t get the bay view.

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying and I can confidently say that it exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I arrived until the moment I departed, I was thoroughly impressed by every aspect of my stay. The staff was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive. They greeted me with genuine smiles and ensured that my needs were met throughout my stay. Their impeccable customer service made me feel like a valued guest, and they went above and beyond to accommodate my requests. The location on the Bayfront was perfect for my needs. It was conveniently situated close to everything we wanted to visit Downtown making it easy for me to explore the city.

Loved the shower water pressure, the location and price of the hotel. Lobby and pool area was very clean. Glad it had an elevator as one member of my family has mobility issues. The beds were a little too stiff and creaked when we sat down or got up.
