Good selection of Breakfast items, beds were lumpy and we had flat pillows, pool was nice we liked the early/late hours of the pool traveling w young kids

The stay was great except we wished breakfast ended a little later. The children wanted to go swimming in the morning and they were cleaning and adding chemicals to the pool so they couldn’t swim and we had two little ones upset. On the most part it was great.

Problem with keys at checkin which was rectified, but horrible login to wifi, never did get it to work after multiple calls and trips to desk. Drunk parents downstairs making too much noise and kids left unattended running up and down hallways and knocking on doors at 11pm. No staff at desk half the time and no enforcement of noise levels for guests.

We had a good stay except for getting woken up at 5am to the garbage getting emptied, it was extremely loud!! And then we got an unwanted wake up call at 8am that woke everyone up including our kids so we were up for the day! The room was clean and the beds were really comfortable, the shower could definitely use a deep clean but everything else was really clean! We enjoyed our stay and will come back again!

The indoor pool was cold and the room was very hot not impressed Breakfast - all three juices tasted like water, the mild was oat milk and never labeled that. who the hell wants oat milk. the kid that checked me in was very nice and helpful.

All was fine. Room appeared bigger on the web site. Waited at the front desk at least 4 minutes before someone came out from back to wait on us. In the meantime another family came in and waited as well. It was handy to shopping and eating.

We stay here once a year for shopping weekend with the girls. This time was a little different with a poker game going on in the lobby and children running in the hallways. Thank goodness we were on the top floor. The matress was so comfortable that I got the manufacturer and model and intend to buy one for myself. Continental breakfast was overcrowded. All in all our stay was very good and we will be back next year
