We have stayed at this hotel many times over the years that our child attended Gannon University. Over that 5-6 year period it has deteriorated in quality. It is a nice hotel that could use a quick refresh. Also, this last time we stayed 3 nights and had to request a room clean and it was a terrible job. The toilet, most notably, was not cleaned at all and it was frustrating to have to ask that the room be cleaned and then have it quite poorly cleaned after asking.

Expectations of marriot, not delivered. Yes, nice views as on Lake Erie. 70% of staff friendly. Food highly over rated and excessively over priced!! Room- uncomfortable beds, no microwave (needed for strict food requirements/allergy and celiac), worst refrigerator ever seen. On positive note- accepts dogs. Ours only barked when kids on upper room jumping and screaming and or running in the halways to the pool by our room- which was our entire stay. When checking out-they emailed our bill - correct name-wrong street-city-state associated with my name?!?

This hotel was absolutely amazing! Staff were all so kind and the hotel was clean. Beautiful hotel inside and out! Love the safety features the property has. Will definitely think about brining my future children here!

We stayed for the 4th of July, after spending the day at the beach in Presque Isle we headed to the hotel, upon arriving our room was not ready for a 4pm check in, it was made right by giving us free parking and free drinks. We were told it would be 20 min and they would call us when ready so we sat on the patio with our drinks, never received a call so did go up to the desk and it was ready, maybe they got busy and forgot to call us. We loved there were restaurants and bars in walking distance and we did not have to worry about drinking and driving, although where we wanted to eat at Bay 6 Rooftop Grille was closed for the holiday, oh well another reason to come back. The views of the water are breathtaking. The outdoor infinity pool was so fun but a little crowded, not enough seating, maybe give people a time limit and I love kids but maybe have a special time for kids to use the pool as it became quite a ruckus with the littles and it was hard to relax. The room was beautiful, made some new friends next door while watching the fireworks on our balcony. Overall it was a beautiful overnight trip!

I am not the type to leave reviews but after mine and my family’s experience this Saturday i just had to share this. Over all the hotel is beautiful, booked it because of its location and infinity pool. We decided we wanted to have drinks at the restaurant in the hotel Saturday night with my family. It was 6 of us. We were seated outside by the receptionist of the restaurant at 10pm. But we were never greeted or offered any sort of beverages by our waitress. We saw her serve other tables near us but never ones did she come to us or even acknowledged the fact that we were sitting there waiting for her. One of us went inside to ask the receptionist how long before our waitress would come to help us since it had been 30 minutes already . We were told she is busy and will be with us shortly. Then 20 minutes pass by and still no one even offered us water. We understand every restaurant industry has employees shortages but this was just unacceptable specially when everyone else was being served but us. We will never be returning to this hotel again.

Everything was very clean and the staff was friendly. However, during my stay there were 2 traveling basketball teams. These kids ran the hallways at all times, bounced basketballs all through the hallways, there were 25 kids in the pool area without hardly any adult supervision. I watched children jump from the hot tub wall into the pool. This is not the hotels fault it is the parents. However, I do feel like the staff should have corrected the behavior out of respect for the other patrons staying at the hotel who were not part of these groups. While grabbing coffee at the lobby cafe I was run into by 3 kids running the hallway without any parents. These children were young enough that they should have not been unattended.

Another great stay! Spectacular views, spacious airy rooms make for a relaxing stay. On site restaurant made it a breeze with our toddlers to eat on property after an evening swimming in the two pools. The infinity pool is small but worth it. Large Fitness center with surprisingly good selection of equipment for a hotel. Almost more like a resort with all the amenities here. Great sunset and morning walking on the pier. Two negatives: Limited on site breakfast selections, and parking $14 extra (with no other nearby options). We will be back again next year!

Not kid friendly. The hotel is very overpriced and you had to pay for parking. The website says 25 dollar early check in fee and I as charged 30. The indoor pool was extremely small and overcrowded: The fact that you had to have your key every time you got into an elevator when you have children and bags was very inconvenient. I had a very expensive lunch and was sick for the next 24 hours. I stayed at a hotel the night before that was $200 cheaper and was 200 times better quality. Overall very disappointing
