The only disappointment was the pool was closed for renovation and that message was not posted on the website until after my bookings so my children were not happy.

The staff was friendly, and Hotel was clean, the heater in the pool was broken and my children did swim for a few minutes but were freezing, so only lasted about 5 minutes and were very disappointed as their favorite part of staying in hotels is the pool, as was I because swimming usually tires them out and they go right to sleep. But other than that the stay was lovely.

Really enjoyed the quick checkin. We got in late in the night at 9:50PM and the receptionist informed us the restaurant on top, Oliver’s, would still seat us which was wonderful news. We were really hungry from the long day’s trip so it was nice to hear they would take us and serve us dinner right before closing the kitchen. We really appreciated all the staff at the restaurant. I feel awful for coming in so late, but we really valued the extra effort. The food was fantastic at Oliver’s. My son ordered the steak from the kid’s menu and it was excellent. He got 2 pieces of steak and it was delicious. My daughter and I shared the salmon, and it was moist and flavorful. My husband got the filet and although pricey it was worth the price. Forgot to mention the shrimp as the appetizer were delicious. It reminded us of another restaurant that had closed and used to have the same shrimp. Our room was great as well. There was a big flat screen TV, small fridge and microwave. The beds were comfortable and clean. There was complimentary morning breakfast which included tea, coffee, milk, water, apple juice, orange juice, toast, French toast, bagels, Cinnabons, sausage, cereal, make your own waffles, bananas and apples. We enjoyed our stay here!

Location is great. . Beautiful room. Beautiful view. Lots of recreational stuff right in the area. Great restaurant upstairs. Helpful staff. There are no trays to put your breakfast stuff on. It is impossible to take food for the family and coffee up to the room and have to swipe your key card to make the elevator work.

We checked in at 9:30p after an 8 hour drive, with a 3 hour drive planned for the morning. Upon arrival, a loud concert was in full swing at the restaurant behind the hotel. The show was packed, and people were drunkenly stumbling out of the venue toward the parking lot where we had arrived. They continued into the hotel lobby/elevators. An unpleasant greeting, but we tried to let it go as we headed to our room. Room was clean, but music continued until midnight and kept our family awake. I called the desk twice, and was greeted with, “Oh, you can hear it? I’ll go back and tell them.” No change. In the morning, I spoke with the person at the front desk and let them know that the noise continued into the night. “We have no control over the [unaffiliated] restaurant except the city’s noise ordinance.” I let her know that we would not have stayed here if we had known that there would be music until midnight. “Oh, sorry, they’re supposed to finish by then” was the response. When we headed back to our car to pack it up, there was a spray of vomit and an empty White Claw can next to the passenger’s side where my 8 year-old was to enter. I spoke with the front desk and was told, “Oh, sorry.” No intent to rectify the situation or apologize further. Our family is exhausted, disgusted, and ready to move on from this place.

The hotel itself was nice. Clean, spacious, etc. the walls are paper thing. We were near rooms with screaming children from the early morning hours. Additionally, the room or whatever was above us, there was pounding the entire night. Maybe the restaurant? As we were on the 7th floor. None-the-less, it was awful and we didn’t get any sleep. Very unfortunate given I had to drive fours on no sleep.
