We were there for a family overnight. Hotel was very friendly, comfortable, roomy, pleasant. Breakfast was great. Only negatives, were the couch was well used, needed replaced. Beds were comfortable , so that is more important. Also, the hot tub has been removed from the pool area, which was disappointing. We had a great time though.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Hotel was clean throughout and breakfast provided a great selection for my family. We will be back to stay here for sure.

Close to all amenities. There's power outage in the whole building for at least 2 hours after we check in. Other than that we had a good family getaway experienced

The suite provided ample space for a family of four. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Only complaint is that the mattresses could be improved.

This hotel was amazing and so was the price. My children had so much fun swimming, the hotel was clean, the staff was exceptional and the breakfast was good and food was plentiful. Thank you for a great experience!

Building is old and in need of updating. Funky smell in the room. Visible dust/hair on the floor. Pull out couch on springs. Nice pool, the kids love it. Will probably look someplace else next time.

We loved staying at this hotel. The room was very spacious and clean, and very well equipped with two large tv's and a full kitchen. The indoor pool area was nice, clean, and never crowded. Breakfast had lots of choices and no lines. The waffle maker was great! The weekday dinner reception was a pleasant surprise. We didn't know they offerred dinner on weeknights, including wine and beer! The hotel was conveniently located right next to the mall and restaurants, and it took us minutes to get to the Erie Zoo, Waldameer Park, and the beaches at Presque Isle. ONE negative? The pull out couch was a little rough on my back. Save it for the kiddos!

We had a suite so my child could sleep in a bedroom while the rest of us stayed up a little later. The room was great. The sound-proofing in the walls was excellent. The pool was clean. Not all of the fitness equipment was working in the gym. The breakfast was great and had some different selections each morning. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would recommend it to families.
