Courtyard by Marriott Erie

The staff was friendly, and helpful. We had no issues our room was clean and spacious. Definately would book a room here again and recommend to family and friends.

We are extremely disappointed by how insensitive Courtyard Erie Ambassador has been with our situation ! We are 2 families and had booked the nights of Dec. 25th & 26th, however on our way from Toronto we got stuck in the snowstorm in Buffalo. It took us over 9 hours to get to Buffalo in terrible conditions, and the following day another 9-10 hours to return home! We've contacted the hotel and Expedia to get credits towards our future visits, however, we were turned down stating that we should have contacted the hotel on the 26th! My reply of "We were stuck in a snowstorm" fell on deaf ears. Abosulutely gutted by soullessness and coldness of the responses.

If you’re traveling with a family, this place is perfect! It’s clean, modern, convenient. The rooms are Huge, there’s an indoor kiddie pool along with regular pool, hot tub. Starbucks downstairs. I was disappointed when I booked there was no free breakfast, but kids meals in restaurant are only $4 and great!!!!

Hotel was double booked. Specifically booked this hotel based on double Queen occupancy. When arrived they said they were out and my family of 4 was given a king room. We had to purchase another king room so my family could fit

We had a great stay. The front desk staff was excellent. They were very kind and helpful. My kids loved the pool. It would have been nice if it was a bit warmer, but we adjusted to the temperature quickly. The room was clean and comfortable. I would definately stay here again.

The hotel was nice but more for single travelor or a couple w/o kids. The people were very friendly. In a decent location not far from presque isle and realy close to good food choices and shopping. On the down side, for the price, they should at least include a free breakfast offer. The food at the safari grill was good and good selection. The hotel should consider offering a complimentary breakfast. The king bed worked but was a little hard for my taste. Also, it is the marriot for cryin out loud, they should hook up with some of the local attractions and possibly offer discounts of some form. Other than that it was a descent stay and I would stay again
