Amazing! Hit all the needs of our family (2 adults, 2 kids 4 yo and 2 yo). Phenomenal breakfast every morning, fun reception every evening, which meant my family was well fed. Room (two queen) was very spacious and had great flow and great shower options. Plus with the pool and convenient laundry, we were able to keep everyone happy the whole trip.

We have stayed here several times. We love the room layout, it's perfect for families. Breakfast included a made to order omelette station that was excellent. The view from our balcony was beautiful. Great park area across the street to take that morning walk. Great hotel!

Room was comfortable and clean. Pool area was dated, dirty, and wrecked from 30 kids in the pool (jumping, pushing, knocking over furniture). I wish the staff could have monitored that a little better. The sports bar next to it has great food but slow service on Friday night. To be expected though. The breakfast is phenominal! Overall, good stay and would return.

This hotel was clean and the staff was great. However, it’s not a great spot if you’re looking for a quiet couples getaway. Lots of families lots of children screaming in the hallways and the pool area. I would recommend this place for families for sure.

Our stay was wonderful! The room was amazing, very clean and plenty of room for the kids. The balcony overlooking the river was perfect! The breakfast was delicious! So many options and the chefs at the omelette bar were extremely nice and accommodating. They had just come out of a boil water advisory when we arrived. They made sure to recommend not drinking the tap water and gave complementary bottles of water for our room. We all loved the pool and indoor/outdoor hot tub. We can’t wait to return! Thanks for the wonderful stay.

Although I was only there for an overnight, the size and comfort of the room were amazing. I was please with how clean everything was and the room had no odor to it which I appreciate! The bed and pillows were remarkably comfortable and I slept like a baby.

We stay here every time we’re in Grand Rapids. They are always accommodating and welcoming. I would venture out and stay at other properties, but Embassy Suites has everything we need for a large family.

This was a perfect family stay for us, with our toddler and infant. They even provided a nice crib - not a pack n’ play. Highly recommended for families looking for a “two room” option in Grand Rapids. Pool is lovely, and very friendly staff in every department. The only down side was the balcony-facing room. It’s a bit loud to be on the street-side, and you can hear other guests out on their balcony at night. If you’re planning on an early night, book the non-balcony side of the hotel.
