Carlo provided great Room Service by bringing my family a delicious dinner Friday night! Carlo was also our waiter at breakfast the next morning! He’s kind, patient and a good listener. Nicole and Nate and Omara at the front desk and check-in ,were welcoming & friendly and wanted to make sure we were having an enjoyable stay !

Dinner at the hotel restaurant was awful. Double charged for an item, service was poor. We all had empty drinks for 45 minutes with only 2 other tables in the restaurant. “Kids eat for free”, but was charged till I mentioned it, then the server had an attitude because I didn’t have the “coupon”. Front desk didn’t give me one, nor did the menu state you needed one. Took 2 hours at dinner for a salad, and a kids burger.

The staff was awesome. Very convenient to have the restaurant right at the hotel, we paid extra to have breakfast included and it did not disappoint! We even got a voucher for a free kids meal with dinner. Hotel was very clean, pool was nice (just a little chilly!) beds comfortable. Will definitely stay again!

This hotel is a fantastic location. Smack between two great museums (Gerald Ford Museum is great for history, and Public Museum has a ton for the little ones to do) walkable to tons of restaurants, convention center, arena and breweries, etc. The hotel itself is clean and has everything you need. The only downside is that it's right next to the freeway and it is LOUD!

Stayed here after attending an event at the Devis Performance Hall. It was close to the hall. We walked there and after the show had the shuttle pick us up, which was fantastic at 10pm with 2 little ones who were exhausted.

Great location, right off 131. Nice 10 minute walk to the DeVos Place. AJ at the front desk was very friendly and put us in a room away from the families that were staying there durning spring break, so thankful for that. Room was clean and comfortable. Happy we added breakfast at a discounted price upon booking.

I really liked that breakfast was included with my room. I thought it was very good, it was a full breakfast not just continental, also the kids eat free.

Nice location. Only downside was there was some kind of kid sport tournament and the parents let them all run loose.
