The tv was broke but when I called they immediately wanted to move me to a different room and offered to a free upgrade and offered to cover the $38.00 nightly parking garage fee for all 3 nights. I didnt take the upgrade due to 2 queens and a sofa pull out is what we needed with the kids. It was just nice they offered multiple rooms to choose from. They were very apologetic even though it wasn't there fault.

Great place! Pool is small but good for the kids. Parking is extremely convenient! Walkable to all things GR.

Our stay was easy with the parking garage connected to hotel. The room was clean and quiet! The kids loved the view. Easy walk to a lot of fun places!

This is our second time staying. The staff is always pleasant and positive and very helpful. The breakfast is delicious and fresh. The views we have had of downtown are pretty and everything is within walking distance, even for kids.

The walls must be paper thin, we could hear doors slamming all night & kids running up & down the hallways yelling at all hours!

We had an amazing stay at Hyatt! With having 2 little ones we loved how secure the property was. To enter street doors or to enter a room level you needed your key card. The staff at the little restaurant were over the top amazing and we had an amazing time!

A night out for my wife’s birthday. The hotel was clean and comfy and quiet; so it was nice having a day away from the craziness of our kids. Great location centrally located to pretty much anything, the only negative is they charge for parking $32 for overnight stay. We found $20 a couple blocks over and had I looked harder might have been able to find cheaper and scooter over or Uber.

We had a great time. The rooms were ready early and we even had a beautiful view. The kids were super disappointed that the pool was closed (we chose the hotel because it had a pool). But otherwise it was great.
