Lots of guests with children at the hotel, who were very loud late into the night, both in rooms and in the hallway. Staff were unhelpful in resolving the situation.

Better location for business than personal/family time. We were in the older section of the hotel. It was nice but difficult to get to the pool/hot tub. Reserved 2 queen beds but when we arrived only 1 room was available and that was 1 king bed. Valet parking is very convenient and those staff members were wonderful as was all staff.

The staff was incredibly professional and friendly everywhere in the hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean. We really enjoyed our time here. The pool is smaller and there were lots of kids there, but everyone was having a good time. Great value for the price.

If was 3 start hotel be did story same as if Was a 2 star . Photos of room showed a patio ,room booked had none, everything closed before midnight, Valet team definitely 5/5 stars . Maybe in day time place might be ok. But late in evening forget bout it. They need to update the photos properly, If photos matched the room more accurately and then showing or describing tiny bathroom entrance to get in room is like trying to get into your uncles shed in backyard type deal . Entrance to get into room least this one yeah good luck if you have family with difficult items or baby in stroller etc etc.

Overall the hotel was nice but we had a very large dog and a baby on our floor. The rooms were not soundprooof enough and we could hear a baby next door crying for hours and an obviously large dog barking a few times. The bathroom bench also had a couple hairs on it so not sure how clean it was. Staff was very friendly and hotel was in a great location with a lot of options for food.

Staff and location were exceptional. The plaza area itself was a wonderful place to hang out and explore. The pool area too was a fun experience with kids.

Overall this property is very high end. However, when you are staying in the Luxury Tower Suite, you semi anticipate Luxury. Upon entering the room, the views were breathe taking, the finishes were exquisite, but when I attempted to use the jacuzzi tub, the water would just pour out of it. So I placed a washcloth in the tub, so my wife could take a bath in the jacuzzi tub we rented this room for. Well once the tub filled up, the jets would not turn on. Upon contacting the front desk, they stated that the jacuzzi tub jets were shut off due to a glitch, yet this was never communicated to us. The purpose of renting this room, was to enjoy the views and allow my wife to soak in a giant jacuzzi tub to decompress life with kids.

I stayed in a junior suite during my wedding weekend - the room was so spacious and perfect for my entire bridal party to get ready in

Beautiful hotel and very conveniently located to the theater. We did not get a lot of sleep due to how well we could hear people returning from the bars at closing time in the hall, the running toddler at dawn above us, and our neighbors toilet at all hours of the night. It really sounded as though someone snuck into our room and used the bathroom. It was the least sound insulated room I have stayed in. But, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
