The hotel was beautiful and clean. We did not personally have any issues with our room. My family had two rooms, each having their own issues like the air conditioning not working, broken safe, the TV would not turn on. - Please keep in mind that this is common with any hotel and things happen. Overall, great stay.

We were there on a family emergency. When I woke up Monday and jumped in the shower I could not get the water hot. Had to take a cold shower. Not fun. On the other hand, the facility was beautiful and our view out our window was amazing.
