This property is in the heart of downtown Grand Rapids, surrounded by amazing restaurants and unique shops. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. The rooms are quiet; I would have not known that anyone one else was in the hotel had I not seen them in the lobby or on the elevator. They make the best scrambled eggs I've ever had at a RI! I highly recommend this hotel. I will certainly stay there again the next time I return to GR to visit family.

This trip was horrible! I am never staying here again. It is a pet friendly hotel but there is no where to take your pet outside to potty. I had to have my brother babysit my sevice dog for the weekend. Plus, parking is an issue. Parking is an extra 30.00/ day which i was not informed about until i arrived. There is no Parking at the hotel you have to walk a block away ( not ideal). Plus, i was there for business and needed sleep unfortunately this hotel is right in the middle of the bar district. Bad experience 😪

Huge rooms. Had family (5 adults, 2 kids) come visit for the afternoon, and there was plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable! Super clean and conveniently located!!

My family and I attended the Kane Brown concert on March 16. This hotel was about 3 to 5 minutes from the hotel (Walking Distance). It was wonderful to be able to just walk across the street and get to our concert venue. Additionally, the guest service and room, service were exceptional. And there is a parking garage located directly across the street from the hotel. Our hotel room was more than expected, and very high-end for a more than reasonable price. 10/10 would definitely stay here again.

If you only need 2 beds, this is great. If you happen to need a sofa bed, DON'T DO IT. The mattress was the thickness of a duvet and you could not sleep on it. I tried the first night and ended up in the fetal position in an upper corner and then they second night my son traded me, finally closed up the couch and tried sleeping on that halfway through the night, and then just ended up sleeping on the floor. Upon check in, when I asked for help making up the sofa bed from the staff, that was a hard no. I asked if they had another mattress or a mattress topper, no luck. This wasn't a fit for my family and I was disappointed in the service. However, the hotel is nice looking, in a great location, and the kitchen is a nice bonus if you need it.
