My family and l stayed at the National Baltimore Pike location. The facility was descent. During our stay the refrigerator did not work in either of our rooms. My complaint is detailed more with our room. The electricity went out in our bathroom at 7am. We were told maintenance would not be available until 10am. When l asked for a manager, l was constantly told no one was available. I made a complaint with Expedia and was told the hotel lied and stated they never had a power outage.

it's what you'd expect from a holiday inn. We usually pick one because they're always clean and decent. Bed was slightly uncomfortable but I took some melatonin and slept like a baby. My husband enjoyed the fire pit/seating area. There's a Checkers next door open until 4am that was great for us after we returned late from a concert at the Soundstage. In late rush hour on a Friday the inner harbor is about 30 minutes away, on the way back around midnight it was 20 minutes. Despite being later at night, we still got a good parking spot that didn't have a massive walk away. I have a back disorder so I'm always concerned about distance but it wasn't an issue. Well lit and didn't seem like an unsafe area.

Rooms need to be updated bathroom in room very small ,pool should be cleaned everyday or evening after closing got up early to go swimming sand and dirt plus oil in water .First holiday inn with out a free breakfast outside beautiful inside needs a complete face lift need modern 2000 look not 70-80s. The staff was amazing and very helpful rooms very clean. Very family oriented good for families of children lots of activities not close to the boardwalk but a quick ride down the street isn’t to bad.

When I went in my room it was ok but once I pulled back my blanket to lay down there was brown stuff on it that looked like feces I called the front desk and told them he came up and told me it looked like makeup I have nice skin and didn’t have on makeup only nude lipstick. He finally switched my room and a family member of mine that was dropping off food told me that they were talking about me at the front desk. I feel like because I’m brown that he felt that I put it on the bed. He offered to get me a new blanket but if it’s feces why would I want to lay on the rest of the sheets??? It made no since and I don’t plan to staying there again

Since I discovered this hotel a couple years ago, after Holiday Inn Express brought it and then gutted it, I stay here maybe every 6 weeks while visiting grandchildren. This hotel is clean, fair prices, great location, safe, great staff, good breakfast, etc., etc., etc ........ Lately I have to learn to make my reservations sooner than later because it fills up rather early.

Visited family local and needed an inexpensive place to stay. When we checked into the hotel, we realized the lobby and main floor was very clean. Check in was easy and staff was friendly. One elevator was out of order, due to it being serviced. Not a problem. The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. Air conditioning and heat worked well. Shower was very large and bathroom was clean. The location was convenient as well. Right off the highway. I would definitely recommend staying at this location and I would return here the next time I visit Baltimore.

When my family and I travel to Baltimore this is the only hotel we want to stay at, because of the friendliness, cleanliness location, the wonderful breakfast, comfortably overall it's a great hotel to stay in .
