This was my forst time staying at Westin and I loved every moment of my experience here. The staff was wonderful and the shuttle driver was just as wonderful. I cant wait to schedule another booking for my next vacation to visit family.

Getting to the hotel was tricky. It’s tucked away. But once you figure it out, location is actually pretty decent, close to a lot of things. You need a car though. The walk from the hotel to food places is not one that I would consider safe because of the car traffic patterns. Rooms were clean, quiet. Housekeeping staff is wonderful. Netflix/YouTube apps didn’t work. We chose the hotel because we like Westin’s beds and it had a pool and hot tub. When we checked in, we were told that the pool and hot tub were closed and apparently had been closed for a month. There was nothing on the hotel’s website to state that, and we had checked before booking. But the front desk agent insisted it’s announced on the site. Couldn’t find it though when I asked to be shown where in the site it’s listed. Basically, the front desk lied and got caught in it. New cook in restaurant, and food was flavorless (service was excellent). Hopefully, will improve with time. sundries store had decent selection, very high prices for alcohol, and it does need to be cleaned. My kid picked up a butterfinger that was furry from all the dust on it. I don’t want to know how long that had been there. Gave it to the front desk for disposal, but it threw everything else on the shelves into question.

I really love the Westin hotels. For this trip it was a vacation trip with my husband and had used my rewards and I got the best deal for this room compared to how much the rooms are any other night. The lobby is beautiful. It is in a beautiful location. There is a whole bunch of stores and restaurants and everything you can think of is within a 15 minute radius. Customer service was excellent thank goodness we didn’t have any problems. Usually we never do at the Westin. The only thing we did have was the body shower? Nozzle wasn’t working very good and didn’t have enough power and then me and my husband wanted to order late night room service that was on their menu in the room which stated the times that they had it from but when I called down, they said the kitchen was closed but that was no big deal. Just looking forward to a little snack before we had went to bed without leaving the comfort of our room. but other than that the rooms are very clean the furniture does seem to be getting a little old, especially the wooden tables but of course that’s not a very big dealbreaker. Other than that I would still choose this hotel anytime there is a good sale going on. I absolutely love their bedding. It is so comfortable, you really can’t go wrong with this hotel. They also have a wonderful breakfast and a bar at night. So I would definitely recommend it to friends family or anyone else if you’re traveling in the area or live around the area and just want some R&R.

Great spot close to BWI. We stayed here for the night as we were meeting family at the Guiness Brewery down the street and it was super close.

We are traveling a long distance by car so we ordered food when we got to the hotel after our long day. We had the lights off in the room because our baby was asleep when the food came. After eating, we piled up the garbage in the small bin provided and went to sleep. In the morning we noticed that whole side of the room was infested with ants. Since we were only staying one night and trying to be as clean as possible, I don't feel this can be blamed on us.

Hoisekeeping taps very lightly on door not the female housekeeping but the male. Light taps on doors and very soft talk no wait time just walks in which is very disrespectful and dangerous especially with non-slam doors. Room was filthy, bugs on the bed , bed and sheets flithy with bugs will never stay at the westin Baltimore or anyother again and i was on my anniversary with my wife seeing family thanks for the worst night

Worst hotel experience I ever had! Housekeeping knocked at the door not even 5 mins after we checked in saying they smelled marijuana meanwhile I have 3 kids with me in the room. Then not even 20 mins later a second knock from the manager accusing us of smoking in the room. I opened the door as wide as it could open and offered her to come in check the room, smell the air, search us whatever she needed to do. Of course she refused to do all of that and threatened to kick us out and charge my card $250 if she was to come back and smell marijuana. We were also on the 6th floor so I want to know how you just assume it was us!? Then we decide to take the kids to the pool, which was filthy. Couldn’t even enjoy the hot tub because some girl decided to do inappropriate things with her man in it. Also the refrigerator in the room was broken, and woke up to ants in the room. Never again!

The room was spotless, the food at the restaurant delicious, the staff very accommodating, and the pool was perfect for my kids (8 and 7 year olds)!
