Hampton Inn Baltimore-Downtown-Convention Center

Me and my boyfriend enjoyed our stay here for the Ravens game. There is a walking distance for a lot of things like restaurants and the aquarium and what not. Really loved how there was security downstairs at all times especially during a busy weekend for the football game! We loved our room, the space, the cleanliness, the bed everything was a 10/10. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and other people

Very good hotel front staff were nice and friendly. But valet parking is 40$ and there absolutely no where around to park . We needed up parking at the hospital parking a lot around the corner 26$ a night Pool was great kids enjoyed it my husband did enjoy there fitness center out room waa nice and all was clean until there were spoons and vodka bottle's under when we checked around the room . Would stay again maybe

The pool water was ice cold, my kids couldn’t enjoy the water

First of all our room was sold to another person and we were upgraded to a deluxe suite with my family of five, another thing after one day the shower drain was clogged and water wasn’t going down fast enough, our room number was added to a log book to be fixed, breakfast was good nothing to say wow about but overall a comfortable stay, still waiting to get my receipt for my 2 1/2 day stay plus we had to pay for valet parking

I was very disappointed that the pool Was closed. At the time of booking this was not advertised. I had 2 kids traveling with me and they were upset. I was also disappointed that there was not enough toilet paper in the room. We asked for more. They gave us only one roll. I was also disappointed about the amount of money the parking cost. 40$ per night. Overall it wasn’t worth the amount of money.

We’ve stayed here twice in the last week to go to Orioles games with our family! Perfect location and the staff is always so friendly! We will definitely be back!

The entire staff was kind and helpful. They even remembered to ask how our kids did at the events we were there for. Will definitely stay there again.

Staff was great when I had an issue with the room I was given and with our question switched me to another room. We were in town for a dance competition the the neighboring hotel. It was nice to be in walking distance! Also being so close to pickle pub was a plus. Clean and nice for our family!

I chose this hotel for location and entertainment for my 3 children because they have a indoor pool and close to the harbor. When I called the day prior to my stay they had reserved me a room for 5 people with sleeping for 4. We were able to change that at the same price so no worries there. I ask the clerk if there were any other surprises before I make this trip and was told no maam. When we arrived we checked in and proceeded to our room and the children put on their suits to swim only to find out that the pool is closed for repairs. I went down and spoke to the desk person and she said the pool has been down a long time it must have slipped their mind upon speaking to me the day before. Had i knew this i would have booked a different hotel i tried all the hotels in the area and they were full. This cost me over $500 extra finding things to entertain my kids and that was unfair. My weekend was ruined!!!!
