The location was questionable, next to Lexington Market where there was a lot of police activity. Not the best area if youre staying with children. Valet packing was the lost challenging. It took a long time to have car ready. They dont have a designated parking lot, so the cars a parked wherever there is availability. Our car was parked outside and the birds left a mess all over the car. There was no offer for a car wash or a car wash voucher. Disappointing but just a 1st world problem. The roomnitself was not up to our standards. The toilet was left dirty, the carpet was grimey, and there was very little space for toiletries. We stayed for 3 nights and we lived out of the suitcases as there was no where to hang or keep our clothes. Complimentary breakfast was good, more than expected. Service was good. Team was friendly and approachable. I wouldnt stay there again but overall it was fine.

When you pull up you are greeted by the local junkies and alcoholic’s. Hotel is an old converted bank. When you walk in the lobby area is very nice and the staff is very nice. They have 24 hour Security (off duty PD) in the lobby and you need to use your room key to work everything from the elevator to the lights in your room. The beds where comfortable but the shower door was out of line and the water leaked out. The television was complete static for the 3 days we where there even after they sent someone to re-boot the system; kid told me hotel uses a Satellite Dish that never works. At 4:00 in the morning on the day we where leaving they power went out and we had to use the light on our phones to see. Very disappointed, do not recommend this hotel for anyone, for any reason. And the breakfast was the worst we have ever had at any hotel and we travel frequently.

The Hotel itself did not have parking. The garage across the street close at 8p.m. I came with a family of 5 after driving 8 hours, we had arrived arround 1a.m. The neighborhood surrounding this hotel is a bad area. We noticed people out, drug selling, and someone opened our rental van door with us in it. Upon arrival, I was told I had to have $100 hold for accident insurance. That was not told to me when I book the hotel. As for the the room, it was very clean, staff responded to our needs very well, and the breakfast was good. I must say this part have saved the experience for me to rate the hotel 4 stars.
