Sheraton Baltimore Washington Airport Hotel - BWI

I had no problem with the hotel but the airline was BAD, very BAD. The hotel should investigate which airline it does business with so that its guests are satisfied. First I took a family trip alone for 3 nights which on Sunday we had a family reunion which I couldn't be there because spirit canceled our flight and instead of leaving at 7 at night as planned they put us at 10 in the morning On jet blue they gave us the option of looking for another flight but they were all with a stopover and we had to pay an excessive amount of money, in the end we had to return to Los Angeles as they put us at 10 in the morning and we missed the family reunion that was due which was the separate trip, we lost almost 1 day because there were 9 hours of difference between one flight and another. MY WORST EXPERIENCE I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SPIRIT AIRLINE, BAD VERY BAD

The hotel was great, the staff was excellent, but I did not love the fact that there is a 17.95 charge for breakfast. Most hotels offer complimentary items and I did not feel as if i should spend approx 80.00 on breakfast for 2 adults and 2 kids! Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay!

I had to stay for an over night to meet with family and I chose Sheraton because the hotel was very convenient from the airport and the amenities provided me with the lounge area to accommodate everyone I met there in a welcoming setting. Also, The staff was great to help with any services I needed including shuttle services with the company we had who met us there. If I was to go back the MD I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Everything was perfect for me. Thank you!

Such a quiet venue near a major airport! Even on the 6th floor we didn’t hear any planes! Our beds were so soft and comfy. Slept like a baby after a long day of traveling! Well done.

Our expectations from Sheraton was pretty high but unfortunately, our stay was not comfortable. We reached the hotel at around 6.00pm and were told at arrival that running water will be shut off next day at 8.00am due to planned maintenance. I wish, Sheraton had given us a heads up earlier in the day- rather than telling us at arrival. Choice was given to us to cancel the reservation for a full refund. However, it was not feasible to search around since we had (2) tired kids- eager to settle in. Stay overnight was not comfortable either. Room 226 was assigned to us. Air conditioning was not working. Room was smelly. Upon complaint, we were assigned another room and had to relocate at mid night. It was painful to wake up the kids and relocate to another room at middle of night. On a positive note, breakfast was great. Our server, Estuardo (I hope, I spelled it right) was amazing.
