I'll start with the fact that we were here during the Orioles vs. Phillies series so it was pretty busy. Parking was extremely limited but the staff got us a spot no problem. We stayed Friday to Sunday and the room service was pretty loud when they came around to each room and there were a lot of families with small kids who were running and screaming in the hallways which came into the room. Food options were limited in the hotel and outside had a massive wait due to the crowd brought in for the game series weekend and for Pride. The front desk associates were nothing but nice and extremely accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable.

The staff was so kind and thoughtful. I stayed a few weeks, there is a family feeling around here and you hope the best for them. Because of my job I've logged several miles. This is what you want, a feeling of being cared for.

The staff was extremely polite and professional. The hotel and room were clean. The room had minor inconveniences - clogged bathroom sink, only 3 towels for a family of 4, tv remote didn’t work, and the cable/satellite went offline.
