DoubleTree by Hilton Los Angeles - Norwalk

My stay was okay. Tv wasn’t working. Went with the family for a little staycation and the tv kept changing the channel. Called the front desk for assistance and they told me there was nothing they can do. Also looks like I have extra charges. Experience was OK

The hotel was decent, the kids were looking forward to the pool but there were bugs and leaves, didnt sound like the filtration system was on. The jacuzzi bench and bottom looked very dirty. We had to switch rooms since the first one had a clogged toilet, a shower head with calcium build up and the fridge wasn't working. They did get us a new room very quickly once we requested it.

The service was poor. They obly had 2 towels for a family of 4. When we tried to ask for towels, Initially they didnt answer calls when we were caling from the room. After that we went downstairs to ask for towels and we didnt get it for more than an hour. When we went down again to ask, they said the new shift will only get ut. So it was really poor service.

Had horrible experience with Jonathan manager has no customer service recovery and no apology gif calling me 3 times with in 10 minutes. I will never go to that location. My husband was sick from kidney transplant and was asked to leave

Staff was courteous and very friendly. Room was very clean. As well as the entire hotel. Would definitely recommend and they are family friendly.

Very up professional paid 15$ a day to park in the parking lot. My car was stolen over night on the first night. When I go to ask if the car was towed or anything. They say no not concerned at all like a guest car was just stollen out the lot. No oh im so sorry can we call the police or anything. Very rude and snobby. Leaving my girl and my kid stranded I ask if we can get an extended check out they say no we are business and said it was there problem that my car was stolen. Then refused to refund the 15$ a day for parking when my didn't even make it one night. Then say I have to go through I third party. When I paid them for a parking. Never going back there. Girl in the front desk will make guest never wanna stay there. Never going back don't recommended

Safe neighborhood, plenty of stores and restaurants near by. Staff were extremely polite, checking in was fast as well as Checking out. Room was clean and spacious with comfortable beds and pillows. Cable tv and the mini fridge came in handy for our drinks & snacks. This hotel is perfect for families, I would recommend staying here and definitely would stay again whenever I visit California.

The room was clean and the staff were nice and accommodating. What i didn't like was we were on the 7th floor and the windows could be opened with one tiny latch. I know this because i opened the window myself. I'm glad i didn't have my kids with me or that could have ended terribly!

Front desk manager wasn’t friendly at all. The hotel was like a ghost town and felt very awkwardly quiet at all times. The pool area was just ok, hot tub needs updating. However, the rooms were very clean and spacious. We were extremely disappointed that this hotel was NOT dog friendly, we had to leave our small dog with family members which was a huge inconvenience for all parties.

Ili store is great when u have kids they always want a snack
