Our stay was exceptionally pleasant! The room we had had a nice view and very convenient to be able to walk around to near by eateries. We will definitely consider staying there again whenever we visit family in Whittier.

Room service was poor. Took almost 2 days to get room service from the time I asked. Only 2 shower towels in our room when we arrived for a family of 4.

It was a convenient location near our family. And our plans for the next day. Clean. Friendly staff. Lots of building noise. Water, electricity and pipes making noise all night.

The hotel is out of date, but it was alright. Most staff were friendly. The sound proof is not existing at all. People next door at 4 am decided to have some adult fun. The woman was super loud for 20 minutes like a pro. I was awake and felt like in the same room with them. There was 0 sound proof and no wall in between two rooms. I was badly concerned if my kids were awake and how I would explain why that woman was yelling so bad. Definitely not recommended for families with what is going on in the hotel and noise.

I spent a couple of days in this hotel with my family for our spring break vacation. The hotel is in great shape and all looks good. The only downside is that nothing is complimentary there, even the coffee at the lobby you need to pay for it.

Property was nice. There was no parking available for guests staying at the hotel on Friday night. We drove around the property several times. We ended up driving to a family members house 20 min away, parked our car there and a family member drove us back to hotel. Same thing next morning, they picked us up and took us back to their house to get our car. You have a secure parking garage, but opted to let everyone use it, disregarding your paying guests. We complained to staff and he said they were going to have non guest cars towed. Really??? How would that work? Very disappointing.
