This was my first time staying at Fairfield Inn. My family stayed for 7days. Staff was very friendly, helpful and welcoming! Parking is included and so is breakfast every morning with a great selection. Cookies at the front desk are amazing! Although it’s not the fanciest of hotels, it is maintained very well! My only downside is having to walk out the back for the pool but that’s me asking for too much. I would definitely come back!

The hotel itself is nice. I was there for 2 nights with my teen daughter. The room was fine but man the AC was super loud. The bathroom was SMALL and awkward. I could touch the ceiling in there. Then the tub had to bath at rolled into the corner??? We didn’t even touch it. Plus the bathroom floor had stains near the tub that just looked weird so I covered the floor with a towel. The breakfast the 1st day was ok. Eggs, breakfast quiche, bagels, oatmeal, yogurt. The next day, no quiche but bacon and muffins were added (my kid loves muffins) overall, I would stay here again but the bathrooms need HELP

It was OK carpet could be replaced. Not too bad course I always wear sandals or slippers. Just not as good as expected. Very small window felt boxed in toilet very short, light for a child and did not flush. Use the downstairs toilet most of the time for three days.

The property is well kept and managed, the receptionist upgraded our room to a family suite at no extra charge! This is what I call service at it's best, me and my family plan on staying there on our next family vacation!

It was excellent and the continental breakfast was good ! There was a lot of choices to pick from and the customer service was BEYOND amazing ! Shout out to Leilani for helping me and my family out ! I definitely recommend you stay there!

Staff was great! I was expecting a bit more for a king suite. It was eh to say least. We had to leave as we had a family emergency. We only had our luggage in room never used any of anything not even the rest room. They still charged us. I understand that they needed to, but would have been a nice gesture if they would have waived it. It was average from what I could see we really were not there long enough we dropped luggage and then came back a few hours later when we got a call we were needed at home. But the staff was awesome!

asked for a roll away bed they said that was fine that they were going to bring it up after they brought it up. They called back and said that they needed to take the bed out of the room because it was a fire hazard, which was understandable, but my children were already asleep on it, so they waited until 10pm to call the room and wake us all up to tell us that they’re not going to take it anymore

Overall good hotel. Breakfast was decent and fresh. Some of the reception staff could be friendlier. The hotel is a bit dated for a Marriott owned property, but the room was spacious and had a refrigerator and microwave. The gym was small but sufficient. The area felt safe for my family and it was conveniently located close to Disneyland.

Clean, pool and jacuzzi, breakfast ... wish you had BISCUITS AND GRAVY, room and adjacent room for family, across mall, near restaurants, near Medieval Times, near Knott's Berry Farm, near I-91 freeway exit and entrance. Friendly front desk, breakfast and room staff. Happy with our stay. FIX THE LEFT ELEVATOR ... SON AND OTHER FOLKS GOT STUCK.

What i didnt like about my experience was the arguing on my floor that started at 11pm and ended about 2am. My baby couldnt sleep and was crying off and on all night,due to the noise.
