Stayed for 4 days and 3 nights for a family trip to Knott’s. Was called in the first five minutes of getting into the room for a noise complaint. Can’t help it as a mom of four kids, three of which are under the age of 10. I did hear whoever was above us also have kids because they must’ve been running around and jumping also but I’m used to the noises and didn’t want to be a KAREN so that’d be the only negative I’d have to say! Overall was a great stay. Complimentary breakfast was awesome as well! The kids loved the waffle making station every morning! I would book here again!

I had no problem with the property or staff, however, I did complaint about the people upstairs I'm not sure how many kids they had but were running and being so loud from 5 am I did called the front desk to complain

Spacious room with wet bar, mattress were nice I wish the pillows were a little more firm too but other than that it was very clean, great breakfast, the whole place looks new or upgraded, we used all the amenities kids were very happy with the pool, will definitely book it again for our next trip to SpCal.

The hotel was loud. You could hear kids/teens running up and down thru the hallway and doors slamming shut. Our AC didn’t work well and I had to call maintenance, but they didn’t do anything. The breakfast buffet was great!
