We had a great time. My family was comfortable and the front office staff who checked us in around 11:30 was super friendly and welcoming. My only feedback would be to have an ice machine for each building. Other than that, keep it up. Thank you! - DJ

Really enjoyed our stay, great location for our family wedding activities, and quiet despite proximity to the freeway. The breakfast buffet was generous and we were happy that we could invite some friends who were in the area to join us for breakfast as guests. The only regret was that housekeeping staff was somewhat overwhelmed and was not able to clean our bathroom promptly after an incident.

The property was big and had plenty of room for our family with 3 rooms. Didn’t like that the jacuzzi was out of service and the breakfast was lacking food options.

I love Residence Inn because the hotel always meets my needs when I travel for myself and with family. I really enjoyed my stay here and I would come back as long as the fumigate. Though not bad, they have a roach problem. I only saw two but that was too many. When I told the manage he apologized and moved me to another room in another building and all was well...then I saw one roach in that room. I didn't let them know, I assume they know this already, and we were checking out the next day.

The whole stay was great but the room could of been taken care of a few minor cosmetic issues. My kids rather stayed in the floor because the sofa sleeper mattress was horrible. it felt like the mattress was just springs wrapped in cloth and the hotel does not supply rollaway beds. maybe good for couples but not a family hotel
