My stay here is always pleasant. Carolyne is always so nice and accommodating. And it was so nice to see families enjoying the pool now the we have nice weather.

In town for Moms funeral and the front desk was amazing and showed genuine concern for my family. Everyone was so nice and helpful..thank you for our stay

Stay was great for the price. Comfy beds. Easy and quick check in, great if you have kids. Many families stayed here, I’m sure because it’s close to amusement parks. Close to many eats, walking and short driving distances. There is no microwave in the rooms but they do have a mini fridge. Also, they do not have complimentary breakfast but there’s plenty to eat near by and a diner in the same parking lot. They do offer complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby in the mornings. Overall, the pros outweighed the cons and we had a pleasant weekend stay.

The hotel was a safe and clean environment. The only thing that bugged me was that we were on the 3rd floor mind me it was 4 of us my kids aren't the type to act up at their age. Every time we would walk to the restroom or say if we were getting ready to head out the person below us was gone hitting the ceiling because they were bothered by us stepping on the floor. I did mention to the front desk and all they said was I apologize. I rather have spent a little more money were my kids and myself felt more comfortable now and days people be angry over the littlest things!!!

Stayed with family. Super clean rooms and the grounds are always well kept! Free parking, beds are comfortable, water pressure is great and the wifi is fast (which my boys were very happy about) lol. The hotel is really close to Knotts Berry Farm it was literally 6 minutes away. Also I want mention that the staff here are not only professional but they're also very kind. When we arrived Crystal checked us in and she was so polite and attentive. Carolina was very thoughtful and accommodating to my family and I during our stay. We truly appreciated her! She made us feel like family. I would definitely recommend this place and would book again.

Every time I check in I feel welcome! And seeing families and children excited about going to Disneyland or Knotts Berry Farm does it for me every time.

We are always welcomed with a smile. Carolyne is absolutely amazing. There was also the night time staff female who was kind and friendly when I rang the after hours buzzer needing utensils for out door dash order. I will always recommend Good Nite Inn for family and friends. Clean, Safe and friendly staff.

Overall, for the price paid, it was perfect! Staff was polite and friendly. My only 2 complaints would be the sizes of the rooms and the quality of the bed. I paid for the bigger room and it was just still too small. Obviously they can’t control the size of the rooms but fair if everyone else is aware of they have a huge family

Location is very good. Close to everything. However, hotel condition is not good. First, they messed up with our room the they fixed the issue. Room amenities are old and scratched up. Bedding is not the cleanest. Also, guests in the room next to us were smoking weed. Would not recommended the hotel for a family. Maybe for individuals.
